INTRODUCTION
Leadership refers to an ability which needs to be displayed by a leader to be able to lead
and manage the different teams and groups within an organization in an effective manner. It is
required in order to be able to lead a company towards the achievement of success in the future
time period. In this report, the focus will be made on the leadership style which is displayed by
Mark Zuckerberg. He is the founder and CEO of Facebook. It is a social networking website. In
this report, analysis will be made on the different aspects of leadership which are displayed by
Mark Zuckerberg. This will be quite helpful in determining the skills and qualities which are
displayed by him in different situations incurring in the enterprise.

While studying in University I was given an assignment by my teachers to complete a
project on Leadership of a successful business leader. As a student it was quite a challenging task
for me to complete because I had not worked on this project before. Therefore I had a substantial
experience while completing this project. I can narrate this experience by making the use of
Gibbs' reflective cycle-
Gibbs' reflective cycle is a reflection cycle which was developed by Graham Gibbs in the
year 1988. The model has various stages which are explained as follows-
Description- It means the description of situation in detail (Alvesson and Einola, 2019)
. As I study in the university I am given different assignments and projects to work upon. I was
given a project on leadership in which I had to select a particular business leader and make sure
that I analyse the leadership skills and qualities of the business leader in an efficient manner.
This was a great learning experience for me in particular.
Feelings- It refers to the feelings one had during the experience. It helps in the
identification of experience one has in a particular situation. While preparing this particular

for me to complete because I had not worked on this project before. Therefore I had a substantial

working on the project of leadership I had to perform research on a business leader and do a
detailed analysis on the leadership style of the leader. Thus in this way I identified Mark
Zuckerberg as the leader on which I will conduct research on and this has helped me in particular
to be able to complete this project with perfection.
Conclusion- It means concluding what has happened (Bedi, Alpaslan and Green, 2016).
As I worked on the project of leadership I was able to conclude that leadership is a skill which is
helpful for the growth of an organization in particular. I can also conclude that working on this
project leads towards the enhancement of skills and abilities in particular in a more efficient
manner.
Action plan- It refers to planning for doing something different in a similar situation
(Covin and Slevin, 2017). As I have completed the project on leadership I think while doing a
project on same topic in the future I can enhance my presentation skills so that the project can
look better. This can help me get better marks in my assignment in university.
