This is also related to assisting and attaining the various opportunities in benefit which will increase the development of staff within the organisation as well as provide them of positive thinking. While performing different activities within the organisation it is important to execute the equality and Diversity for facing these different challenges of the management team in a company. The present report was considered on M&S, it is a fashion related brand which is operating in UK with various stores(Daskalov, 2017). A normal size company which is directly deal in fashion brands as well as some other fashion output. In this present research there will be starting along with the objectives which are developed by the researcher so that investigation can be done effectively. After that, the report includes the detailed descriptions about the WBS, PMP and Gantt chart. In the middle of the report there will be discussion conducted on what type of research and approaches are best for the researcher to identify different aspects of this report. The end of the report there will be some recommendations which are given by the investigator after conducting the full research in an effective manner. TASK 1 P1 Project aims and objectives Equality and Diversity is that terminology which can be defined as the fair and equal opportunity for the every individual who is working in an organisation and manage the work by focusing on all kind of factors which can reduce the general discrimination. From recent years, it is analysed that work discrimination is a major problem within the workplace this is because it impact on employee’s performance as well as their effectiveness on the work. Discrimination can be defined as gaps between races gender religion sex believe sexual orientation and other things which are directly related to human behaviour.it is also identify thatequalityanddiversityinanorganisationplayacrucialroleforsatisfyingthe requirements of employees. Large number of organisations is dealing with this problem of discrimination which impact on their performance(Williams, 2016).
So, this is must for Mark and Spencer to identify the importance of different elements and workforce diversity as well as manage them in an appropriate manner for increasing the profitability and performance of the organisation.it can also use to formulate laws and regulation which must be implemented by the government of UK for saving the interest of employees on the workplace and manage the diversity within the organisation for working environment of male and female. This is beneficial in order to organise a team work in a manager so that company can achieve effectiveness in research. This will divide the activities in some manners so that member of the team can easily execute all their work according to the requirements and free determine targets.it is a tool which is which is also used in managing all the assigned task according to the needs and the given time so the detailed information about the project can be identified and achieve(Ng and Stamper, 2018). The breaking of task into the small component must also help company in ensuring the overall business productivity and increase the chances of business growth.
Gantt chart-it is a graphical presentation of data which is used as a tool of different activities which has to be completed and allotted according to the time it is also known as visual presentation. These activities are divided according to the time period and time limit. According to the current research project, the main aim of investigator is to use the stools in order to identity and delegate on working of the members in team and allocating them the work according to their capacity. Reward and bonus given by mangers must be based n performance of employers not their personal connection with managers. Marks and Spenser should build strategies and plans thorough which they follow code of conduct and rules of ethical business behaviour it will help the top management to easily and effectively achieve their business goal within the given time period. The business organization must focus on introducing and conducting programs and event regarding training and development to increase the inner skills and beliefs environment of equality and diversity. I am excited before starting the project letter I realised that it is not easy I have suffered from lots of problems and face issue regarding search on Google rated to act policies of diversity and equality. During the preparation of equality and diversity report I identify my strength and weakness I realised that my communication and management skills are not so good so I need to work on it. It is really hard to find data regarding the research information, reading the whole rules of Equality act and applying on them in the report, searching of projects and issue of organization faces due to diversity(Sharma, 2016). All the things are really hard to conduct I am not able to effetely ask or take help for the work from my respondents due to my communication problem . Although I suffers from many issue but at the end of my research report I am learning so many skills I felt confidante and I am able to talk with my team members confidently, learnteam managementskills . This report will help me to increase my capabilities and skills an. I am able to make research report, I learn the whole procedure how to research and collect data, importance of research how to write methodology and review. The most important lesson I have learned from this experience is that my concept regarding equality and diversely is clear now I am able to give suggestion anyone on this topic and I learned that hard work is the only key of successfully completion of any project(Bain, 2017). CONCLUSION It can be concluded from the above mentioned discussion that equality and Diversity is an important principle for an organisation which is must for development of internal working environment within the organisation. This concept is the key of success for the organisation.it is also concluded that equality is that factor which helps the
