1. Summary of the project analysis
Project A: Upgradation of highway
The highway upgradation project which was constructed by the Company A generally
aims to maintain as well as provide proper upgradation to the highway so that cars or others
types of public transport can cross through the highways by lowering the traffic on the roads.
The entire work that is linked with the highway upgradation gets finished within 3 years of time
within budget of around $100 million. Moreover, it is identified that during the upgradation of
the highway a number of risks associated with inappropriate risk management as well as
stakeholder management as well as environmental management generally occurs. The entire
team generally put their focus on the different PM based strategies for effectively mitigating the
issues during execution of the project.
Project B: Mobile based relay construction
The main focus of the entire project is to construct the relay station which is mobile
based with the help of the ABC company in order to provide proper facility of network signal. It
is identified that currently around 30% of the entire project gets completed however the entire
project generally faces a lot of issues in context to value analysis that generally showcases that
the mobile based relay station is not capable of achieving the cost of planning. Moreover, it is
identified that the entire work that is based on construction gets finished within the timeframe of
2 years by successfully using budget $10 million. Furthermore, it is identified that the entire
project generally faces a lot of risks including the gaps that exists within the project charter.

Project C: ERP system development
The main focus of the project is to undertake the project of ERP development that mainly
aims to perform all the organization’s functions and operations including the HRM, CRM as well
as supply chain management. The entire work that is linked with the ERP implementation should
get completed within $3million budget. The entire project development is generally dependent
on the PM as well as on the information technology staffs in the entire organization. Moreover, it
is analyzed that the project mainly faces a lot of challenges due to inappropriate change control
based facilities.
2. Illustration of proposed solution for each of the project
Project A: Upgradation of highway
The different types of challenges which the project is facing can generally get resolved if
proper stakeholder and risk management plan for the project is created. Moreover, the
contradiction that generally arises mainly includes different types of environmental issues that
creates negative impact on both the flora and fauna of the nearby places. In addition to this, it is
found that if the government undertake the work of new route construction in order to
compensate other risks then budget of project get increases by $8 million and delay of around 12
months can occur. It is found that various types of options that are present generally helps in
minimizing the environmental issues and thus the project is not considered to be feasible.
Project B: Mobile based relay construction

The project generally focuses on the construction of relay station that should be mobile
based. The man challenges that the project manager faces during the project construction is the
issues which are linked with the project budget, labour cost as well as inappropriate gaps within
the project. Thus, for successfully mitigating the issues that are linked with the entire project, it
is needed to focus on how the objectives of the entire project can be achieved within the time
which is expected. In addition to this, it is analyzed that effective project tracking is found to be
one of the significant options in order to keep the time and project budget on track and therefore
the project is generally considered to be very much feasible.
Project C: ERP system development
The main focus is to construct an ERP system for the entire organization so that all the
organizational functions can be handled with the help of a single information system. It is
analyzed that presently the entire project faces a lot of challenges in proper scope and change
management and therefore proper focus should be present on the different types of ways that are
generally beneficial in successfully controlling the change and scope management of the project
so that the changes which are required will only be done by achieving effective approval from
the higher authority of the organization.
3. Discussion of the overall project management perspective
It is analyzed that as per the entire perspective of program management, all the three
different projects can be accessed effectively before the organization accepted it for successful
management of the project feasibility and for effective alignment of all the project with the
organizational strategic direction. Moreover, it is analyzed that the entire access of the project
should be determined with the help of the project key stakeholders so that the project goals are

effectively prioritized for effective definition of the entire project deliverables. Moreover, the
project plan presentation to the different stakeholders of the project should be done such that
proper knowledge about the project can be achieved by the stakeholders. In addition to this,
effective strategies of change management needs to used in order to successfully controlling the
various changes within the entire project such that the changes which are linked with the project
should be controlled such that the stakeholders do not face any type of challenges.
