The report will outline the critical evaluation of the assessment 1 by considering the
various points such as detailed analysis of success and failure factors (Powell and McGuigan,
2020). Another one is the reflective part of lessons learnt along with the recommendations for
further improvement. As per the assessment 1, the project was related to the University of Wales
Trinity Saint David in relation to establishing the Salisbury House. This house is an additional
block to implement the plan of project in an efficient manner (Korthagen and Nuijten, 2022).

Market related factors- These are one of the important success factors in which the project get
affected by it as there are environmental factors that takes place outside the organisation. On

able to realise about various methods to work in a team. The classes given by the mentors gave

in a team allowed me to learn the role and importance of leadership because it is that factor

and the senior management. All the learnings,sufficient knowledge and experiences from the
project will be implemented in the future circumstances (Topping, 2018). In this project due to
setting personal objectives I can got the direction in order to achieve the desired objectives of
the project as well life. Because once the goals are sorted and well written, then the mind will be
clear about attaining such goals. With the aim of achieving big targets, even the smallest tasks
done on daily basis matters a lot. In the initial stage, I was nervous and confuse about the project
and the learning journey because I was not confident enough to tackle the issues so quickly. This
project prepared me to do well in the future and gave me the real world experience to finish my
projects on time efficiently. I also took part in all the activities of the given project and I have
also noticed and felt that taking advantage of feedback and visual learning is one of my way of
learning because under this i got the opportunity to amend my mistakes by having
images ,videos, written and verbal feedback. Under this project, i got both positive and
