As the whole task is beingcompleted in particular point of time.Attainable : To organise the stadium is also something that is to be action oriented andattainable. Specific actions needed to be complete in order to attain the objectives.Number ofpasses for this task is 5000 and it is possible to sell all these tickets.Realistic : It is very important to state which results can be achieved realistic and make sensefrom the given available resources. Objectives that are being framed must be realistic andpossible to make it clear and achievable.This concert is realistic as big stars are coming that areBruno Mars, John Legend etc. Time based : Last in the SMART objectives is need to check that goals is to be achieve in thetime based so that the whole plan can be goes in smooth way as this will take the 60 days tocomplete the whole task.EXECUTIVE SUMMARYCleanliness and maintenance is being the abstract of being the clean and maintaining thestadium clean as they are about to host the big concert and there nothing worse than thatsomething goes wrong in the course of event that can make the event wrong. So to make theevent successful it is important to maintain cleanliness and it is very crucial. Purpose of cleaningand maintaining in concert is to make it free from germs, dirt, rubbish and even of waste. It is thehuge job that requires the specialised tricks in trade and all helpful tools and it is one of theimportant factor for success of any event. Project deliverables can be done is that there arehaving lot of people and may have lot to drink and due to this they may sweat so as the manager1

of this project the ideal solution is to spray-and-vac system and use the high powered spray inorder to remove dirt and bacteria (Canonico and et.al., 2015).
