INTRODUCTION
Project management is the process of designing, preparing, conducting and managing a
team's efforts to accomplish the objectives of achieving the particular target. The research is
therefore focused on the institution who aims to produce the music event, which is evaluated for
the crucial direction who allows meets the targets.
The report is prepared on an event that is Bucks Students’ Union Music Festival that is
organised by Buck’s Student Union in order to celebrate achievements of the Alumni. The report
includes comparison among three project management methodologies, development of network
diagram, undertaking stakeholder analysis and risk analysis for various risks that can affect the
project organised by students Union.
TASK 1
Project management methodologies
In the modern period, administrators of project are forward looking and implement
specific types of methodologies for running a project (Hornby, 2017). In the context of specific
music event following are the three methods from which on most benefited are implemented.

undertaken at the Bucks Students 'Union meetings.

here. There are mostly secondary actors, so it is studied that they have fewer forces to alter the
case operation and little involvement in what is occurring.
Higher energy and low interest: Town Hall Committee for Bucks Student's Union Music
Festival is listed in this classification. Such are known mainly as external stakeholders that have
low involvement in people's participation but large decision-making powers (Maylor, Blackmon
and Huemann, 2016).
Low control and strong interest: This categorization includes members and promoters.
There are internal shareholders who have low forces to develop and modify decisions. Such,

Risk analysis
The process which includes evaluating, defining and addressing dangers involved in the
project is described with the help of risk analysis program (Rendon and Snider, 2019). Risks are
present in an occurrence to all kinds of activities. This is the main instrument used to recognize
and evaluate various factors that may undermine project progress in relation to accurate
achievement. Throughout the case of the Union Music Festival event for Bucks Student, there
are multiple risks involved with that which may become barriers in coping with all events. The
organizers are creating a risk registry for this reason, which includes a list of defined threats

In the conclusion of above report it is concluded that the music event could be effectively
executed by best PM methodologies. Report also stated the value of assessing stakeholders and
utilizing effective engagement preparation. The Critical Path Approach specifies the least
amount of time required to accomplish both operations. Throughout any case, main forms of
threats include misunderstanding, last-minute termination and lack of resources and participants
injury can lead to failure of musical event.
