1 PROJECT MANAGEMENT Abstract The paper mainly reflects on the report that is given to the board of directors. The main aim of the report is to properly summarize the analysis that is generally done on three different projects that is needed to be assessed. The paper mainly elaborates the proposed solution for each of the project and describes the feasibility of each of the project. In addition to this, the paper also provides ways in which the program can be assessed properly from the overall program management perspective before it is accepted by the entire organization. Moreover, the steps are also helpful in aligning the goals of the project with the organizations strategic direction.

3 PROJECT MANAGEMENT 1. Summary of the analysis for each of the project that is undertaken Project A: Construction of electric power line The electric power line that was undertaken by the ABC Company mainly aims to distribute the electrical energy properly over the large distances in order to fulfil the needs as well as project requirements. It is analyzed that the planning phase of the project gets completed and presently the project is mainly in the design phase. It is found that the entire project will get completed in 3 years within $100 million. In addition to this, it is analyzed that the project faces a lot of challenges as well as issues including improper stakeholder management, appropriate risk management as well as different types of environmental projects (Bucero & Englund 2015). The project team must focus on proper management strategies that resolve the risks and executes the project effectively. Project B: Construction of mobile relay station The project mainly reflects on the construction of the mobile relay station in order to provide proper facility of network signal. Presently the project is 30% complete but there are number of issues related with the performance like the value analysis occurs that further helps in showcasing that the project is not able to achieve the planned cost. In addition to this, it is found that the construction work should be completed in 2 years by utilizing budget of around $10 million (Hornstein 2015).Moreover, it is analyzed that the project mainly faces a number of risks including the gaps within the charter; problems in project objectives as well as poor assessment of the project can generally create a number of issues. In order to execute the project, the project manager should focus on the project progress.

4 PROJECT MANAGEMENT Project C: Development of ERP system The project mainly reflects on the development of an ERP system that helps in performing all the operations of the interrelated systems like CRM, HRM as well as SCM. It is found that the ERP implementation get completed within $3 million budget. The project is generally being developed with the help of the specialized contractors who are generally being overseen by the project management as well as staffs of the information technology within the entire organization (Kaiser, El Arbi & Ahlemann 2015).Furthermore, it is analyzed that the project generally faces a lot of issues and problems due to improper change control facility as well as inappropriate scope management. 2. Description of the proposed solution for each of the project including the feasibility Project A: Construction of electric power line The paper mainly reflects on the construction of electric power line by the ABC company. It is found that the issues that the project is facing can be resolved by properly managing the stakeholder as well as risks of the project. In addition to this, in order to avoid the contradiction that occurs due to environmental issue, the government needs to buy a new rote that costs additional $8 million which can further delay the project by 12 months. The option that is provided for reducing the environmental issue is not considered feasible and therefore the construction of electric power line is not found to be feasible (Kivila, Martinsuo & Vuorinen 2017).
5 PROJECT MANAGEMENT Project B: Construction of mobile relay station The project mainly reflects on the construction of the mobile relay station by the BCD company. It is found that the construction of the mobile relay station faces a lot of issues include budget related issues, expensive labour, gaps in the project charter as well as issues related with project objectives. In order to resolve the issue, it is quite necessary to manage the budget of the project effectively by focussing on how to manage the objectives of the project so that the entire project gets completed within the expected time (Martens & Carvalho 2017).Moreover, tracking of the project is considered as one of the important option for keeping both the time and budget on track. Moreover, this project is considered to be feasible for the organization. Project C: Development of ERP system The paper mainly reflects on the development of an ERP system for the organization. It is found that presently the project faces a lot of challenges due to improper change and scope control. It is found that in order to manage the change and scope of the project, it is quite necessary to focus on the ways that are helpful in controlling both the scope and change management so that the changes within the project will only be done after getting proper approval from the higher authority of the organization (Niazi et al. 2016). 3. Discussion over the overall project management perspective It is found that overall program management perspective that all the three projects can be assessed properly before it is accepted by the organization for managing the feasibility of the projectsandforaligningtheprojectseffectivenesswiththestrategicdirectionofthe organizations (Kivila, Martinsuo & Vuorinen 2017).It is identified that the project can be assessed quite effectively by determining the key stakeholders of the project by prioritizing the

In addition to this, the project must create a proper schedule as well as risk management plan by determining the issues and for finishing the project successfully. In addition to this, it is identified that presentation of project plan to the project stakeholders is necessary for reflecting the plan effectively so that the stakeholders can get proper knowledge about the project (Conforto et al. Conforto,2016). Moreover, proper change management strategies need to be utilized for controlling the changes within the project so that the changes related to the project can be controlled so that the project stakeholders do not issues in handling the project effectively.
