1. Brief summary of the project
The project plan is based on VoIP/G-suite project. There is deployment of new VoIP
phone system for the University A and University B. There is also deployment of Google G-
suite in order to replace University’s use of Ms Office. The cell phones of school is
exchanged for latest google smartphone and the service provider can be Verizon wireless.
Deployment plan of G-suite will help to scale the business. It will build familiarity of user
with the products as well as services of Google to offer the business in effective workplace
situations.
2. Project goals and project objectives
Following are the project goals behind deployment of Google G-suite as:
 The project goal of G-suite project is use of G-suite for personal non-business
domains. It is used for the personal usage only.
 Google G-suite is used to manage the project and assignment plus deadlines.
 The team members across globe can able to update progress directly in
spreadsheet. It is used to manage project and team schedules.
Following are the project objectives behind deployment of G-suite in the universities
as:
 To deploy G-suite into university A and university B
 To allow users to convert document texts into project schedules
 To manage permissions for deployment of G-suite
 To use G-suite for the personal usage
 To provide collaborative and communication tools for deployment of G-suite
in the university

3. Key customer and two stakeholders
The key customer is the owner of the universities. The key stakeholders those are
interested in the project are project manager and technical lead. The responsibilities of project
manager is project planning, allocation of project tasks and setting of project milestones. The
technical lead is responsible for planning, executing, and success of the software solutions to
meet with the customer’s requirements.
