1.1 Process or methods to determine the project scope
This paper portrays the decisive significance of using and applying project management
prcatices while managing any complex project n a competitive business environment. The
organization that has been nominated for this paper is Travel’s Fun Pty Ltd. In order to convert
any complex project in a simpler one, the applications of project management are much essential.
The concept of project management can be identified as a more simple deadline and budget
tracking tool used by the project managers while operating any project. The purpose of the
document is to identify key project deliverables along with the project milestones.
Travel’s Fun Pty Ltd offers both online and offline travel booking facilities globally but
due to the growing booking rates in the Asian destination the company is facing challenges with
its data storage and information management system. Due to application failure Travel’s Fun Pty
Ltd is willing to migrate to cloud platform so that they can gain global commercial profit. The
aim, goal and scope of the project are elaborated in the paper. Not only this, but also detail
project acceptance criteria, process or methods to be followed throughout the project
