The PQ company is looking forward to improve its operation health and safety standards. A
new consultant is appointed for ensuring the safety progress within the organization. The
scope of the project is to increase the organizational performance up to 70% by implementing
the factories and industrial undertaking regulations for fostering the health and safety
standards. The designing of the safety management system depends on the assessment of the
physical controls and supplementary administration control. The occurrence of accident
during the work place results in the causing injury to the employees, death, damage to the
machinery and equipment used, loss of profitability, loss of reputation, and others. The
involvement of factories and industrial undertaking and international standards should be
deployed for improving the good and healthy relationship and coordination among the
working employees. It is recommended that the factories and industrial undertaking
regulations should be deployed for reviewing and monitoring of the maintenance program
used for deploying on the equipment and machinery required for completing the given
project. It can be concluded that performance of the organization can be improved by
organizing the inspection and reviewing of the business operational unit by deploying the
factories and industrial undertaking.

Introduction
PQ company LTD. is a small medium sized company which is expanding its branches at
international level. The company is looking forward to improve its operation health and
safety standards. A new consultant is appointed for ensuring the safety progress within the
organization. International certification is required for fostering the OSH standard within the
working curriculum of the enterprise. The allocation of tasks to the constituting resources
helps in improving the performance of the enterprise for managing their operational work.
The owner of the company is facing problem in managing the rising cost of the project due to
the approval of OSH standards for the international certification. It is required to analyse the
risks and challenges which comes forward in minimizing the administration cost for implying
the OSH standard in the organization. The aim of the company is to improve the
organizational working performance by indulging the factories and industrial undertaking for
the allocation of tasks to the resources with respect to the health and safety measures. The
auditing score of the performance should come over 70%. The purpose of this paper is to
analyse the scenario and develop the safety management system under factories and industrial
undertaking regulations.
Project scope:
