In his four year of career, (fill your name) uses partnered with various legendary design
firms including SimpleBits, Hoefler & Frere-Jones. He has also engaged within the client work
for a number of companies starting from the start-up companies to different multinational
organizations. Additionally, he has spoken in a number of conferences that are hosted in London,
Amsterdam, Oslo and Vancouver.
Currently, he is making up the entirety within the New York branch at MetaLab. He has
completed a number of projects and also has played the role of project manager effectively in
order to complete the work of the project. As a project manager, he efficiency showcased his
leadership skills and have properly guided the project team in order to complete the work
associated with the project.
According to Burke and Barron (2014), leadership behaviours are considered as the
behaviours that are displayed in response for interpreting the theories of leadership within a
specific situation. (fill name) have analyzed that both the leadership as well as their skills of
leadership generally play a significant role within the growth of the organization. By properly
analyzing this factor, he mainly grows ability of maintaining good interpersonal relations with
the subordinates so that the team members can work effectively within the project for
accomplishing the project goals.
He generally has a positive attitude that that further plays an important role in providing
confidence within the project team with which the team can be able to deal with any type of
difficult situation (Coleman & Bourne, 2018). He also uses a much more focussed approach is
also helpful in implementing proper vision for the project that further helps in reflecting that a

accomplishing the goals of the project.

situation. He is capable of demonstrating his effective leadership within a small team
environment where one can be comfortable with the help of associated technical skills which are

more effective as well as mutual supportive, the vision of the corporate must be assimilated
effectively for assimilating within the culture of the organization.
His teammates always provide him compliment that his actions generally inspire them to
work hard for accomplishing the goals. As he has the capability of inspiring my team mates then
I can easily overcome the present as well as future challenges quite effectively. Moreover, as per
the team members, the commitment as well as passion that is present generally helps me in
gaining respect from the subordinates (Heifetz & Linsky, 2017). Additionally, he also has proper
communication skills that are helpful in motivating people who make them much more
unthinkable. Moreover, proper utilization of communication strategies will general helpful in
achieving better results within the project.
Presently, he is engaged within the project of ERP implementation as a project leader.
While undertaking the project of ERP system implementation, he as a leader was a good
communicator and as a result, he is capable of communicating about every details of the project
with the help of project team members (Komives & Wagner, 2016). This helps the project team
members to have proper knowledge as well as understanding about every aspects of the project

that leads to successful execution of the project without facing any type of challenges as well as
issues.
He constantly manages the project as a leader within the entire project. While
undertaking the project he has received both respect as well as credibility for handling the project
that is considered to be beneficial for the success of the organization. By focussing on his
fairness as well as credibility towards work, the project team got inspired and acted in the same
way. Moreover, it is analyzed that his inspirational characteristics generally turned the attention
of the project team and they also followed the same path for achieving the project gaols as well
as objectives.
There are a number of leadership qualities that he showcased while handling the ERP
implementation project. He has played a major role in creating a good project environment for a
good leader that generally helps in maintaining contracts with the help of the employees where
proper steps are taken for resolving the issues as well as challenges can be taken (Burke and
Barron 2014) The point of view of the employees are properly understood by providing proper
clarification so that they do not face any type of problems in dealing with the project effectively.
Moreover, he generally guided the project team successfully in executing their work and
provides proper instruction to the subordinates in order to properly perform the entire work
effectively so that the effort does not get wasted and the project gets completed quite properly
(Hoboken et al., 2017). His honesty while handling the project are important for building trust
among the team members. Moreover, it is analyzed that he also utilizes action cantered
leadership for completing the project as it is one of the balanced approach that is helpful in
completing the project tasks effectively.

Democratic leaders generally include the decision of the project team members in order
to encourage creativity for making the final decisions within the entire project. The main benefit
that is achieved from this style of leadership is that the team members generally gets proper job
satisfaction and as a result the opinions of the project team are valued as they generally tend to
work. These are considered to be quite important for making proper as well as critical decisions
within the project for achieving success by properly accomplishing the project goals as well as
objectives. Thus, it is analyzed (please fill name) helps in proper as well as effective
management of the project without facing any type of challenges or issues.

It is found that as the project management is one of the activity that is mainly undertaken
with others however the project themselves involve with the activities that are mainly needed.

effectively propelling the most significant characteristics of the project manager for properly

properly understand the entire context that further helps in managing the various day to day
activities that are considered to be important for the project success. It is found that the project
manager with less authority as well as more responsibility will generally face a lot of challenges
