Project Management4 Introduction The main objective of this project is to develop new health services and open new office at the new location. With the help of this project, Crawford Healthcare Company can manage quality of services and product.Project management helps to manage the company project activities and different resources within a given time. This can be done through project management tools like Network diagram and Gantt chart. The aim of this report is to construct the new office set up for Crawford Healthcare and to provide the new services. However, the company has been working in the UK health care industry which was established in 2009. The report divides into two sections, one analyzes the project objectives and to gather the different information on project activities. Meanwhile, another section demonstrates the project planning and life cycle of the project. This can be done through a work breakdown structure (WBS) and Gantt chart. This report also focuses on the different types of information that are required while delivering the final project such as project metrics, project management, and leadership tools. This report also discusses the different types of project risks and success factors for the project. The health sector has vast opportunities from the future perspective in the small and medium- sized enterprises because different types of new skin diseases are affecting the skin in adverse manner. Therefore, different types of new services and solutions can be created according to patient needs and gain the good profits. Crawford Healthcare Company has been working in the UK health care industry which was established in 2009 and company was started with three individuals. The arrangement and project planning phase is utilizing to select the team members in the small and medium-sized enterprises. The project evaluation and completion is utilizing to evaluate the different types of issues in the new services and products of SME enterprises. Therefore, it can be said that the project management’s characteristics are playing critical role to enhance the productivity and services of SME enterprises. According to Author, Brustbauer (2016), risk management is also another factor to complete the project on time in the project management, so each and every small and medium-sized enterprise should use the proper risk management technique to eliminate the different types of issues in the business. The implementation of risk management approach is affecting the operational and strategy management of small and medium-sized enterprises. With the help of risk management, SME enterprises can easily identify the different types of issues and eliminate the effect of these issues. In contrast, Brustbauer also stated that the SME enterprises can implement either passive

Project Leadership Qualities The project manager has a primary responsibility to complete the project work on the time and achieve all the project goals. So, the project manager must have some essential leadership qualities for completing the project on time and within the budget. The required leadership qualities are discussed as below: ï‚·Communication The project manager must have excellent communication skills so that he can easily communicate with all project members. By using good communication skills, a project manager should also take feedback from his project team (Marsh, 2018). This will help him to complete the project on the given time and cost.

It shows the project longest duration, which is required to complete the project on time (Tutorials point, 2018). PERT chart is available in figure 5 of the appendix. Gantt Chart The Gantt chart depicts the graphical presentation of the different project activities. It shows the different activities performed within the given time. The Gantt chart is a very vital tool for project management. The Gantt chart also shows the different resources and milestones used in the project. The Gantt chart is shown in the appendix (Haughey, 2019). Product Breakdown Structure (PBS) The Product breakdown structure shows the different project tasks within the project duration.
