Introduction
The main objective of this project is to develop new health services and open new office at the
new location. With the help of this project, Crawford Healthcare Company can manage quality
of services and product. Project management helps to manage the company project activities and
different resources within a given time. This can be done through project management tools like
Network diagram and Gantt chart. The aim of this report is to construct the new office set up for
Crawford Healthcare and to provide the new services. However, the company has been working
in the UK health care industry which was established in 2009.
The report divides into two sections, one analyzes the project objectives and to gather the
different information on project activities. Meanwhile, another section demonstrates the project
planning and life cycle of the project. This can be done through a work breakdown structure
(WBS) and Gantt chart. This report also focuses on the different types of information that are
required while delivering the final project such as project metrics, project management, and
leadership tools. This report also discusses the different types of project risks and success factors
for the project.
