SUMMARY
Stakeholder is important part of a project or business where the individuals, groups and
organization may be affected by the projects. It is very critical to establish the understanding
how the people outside or inside the organizations can be so much impacted form the business.
as per the case study it is important to have better knowledge of the stakeholder in the initials
phase of the profits in order to identify their respective needs wasn’t and desire along with
several issues that’s are worrying them. So, this summary will be having inclusion of
acknowledging reaction, feeling, observations along with activity related to activity in permanent
manner. As per the case study distribution, we have divided the project into the 3 major parts in
which stakeholder analysis fallen in my part. As performing the stakeholder analysis, it is very
important to known about learning comes before completing the certain task. in addition to
that’s, regular proper evaluation of the process will be mor fruitful. (Reynolds, (2017)). Due to
the serious level of pandemic effecting the regular life, the group member have decide to
establish proper communication on the zoom call. This is because as pr the government
guidelines we had to maintain the proper social distancing.
The zoom call has been identified as the boon in establishing the appropriate coordination
between the member. While having the zoom meeting we individually have gone through the
case study taking out the best conclusion form the part as we proper frame the structure of the
report and proper divided between us as per our preference in permanent manner. So as per my
parts, the main outputs from identifying the stakeholder analysis is being the process for
assessing the systems which is needed to properly addressed in project plan. The different
information regarding industrial parks commencement project have been provided. This have
helped me out in assessing their different interest and degree of power each holder in holding.
This process has been identified little complex but by analysing t case study it is very obvious
that’s main stakeholders were City of Saltbush , local resident and business available in the
near my area.
Now moving to my parts, I have to do the stakeholder analysis. the topic was ok as I
have little bit understanding related to the topic but it was not prepared to establish the proper
topic relation with project management of the case study (Graham & Walton (2018)). My friend
and teacher have helped in providing this valuable guidance. So it have been concluded In order

to have the proper level of plan execution in developing the industrial plan has been the estate
who are focused to be in Agri innovations and sustainability.
Due to the development of the stakeholder analysis, I have researched a lot of the article
and relative secondary source which can be given me idea of the important stakeholder project
management and appropriate model which can be implement to the case study in perfect manner.
Later on, I have discovered the important stakeholder, the respective issue of the stakeholder.
The different stakeholder has the different issues which are overlapping the other. Later on, this
have identified as the project management of building the industrial parks have the pros nd cons
for the different stakeholders. So, by summarising the all the issue of the stakeholder have
improvement my analytic and communication skill. I have properly discussed my option with my
team member and take the proper guidance for tutor to accomplish the project.
To make the issue a of the stakeholder more specific, I have chosen the model power
interest grid to specify the rate of interest and power of differ stakeholder on this project. With
the use of the power interest grid the stakeholder were divided into the two parts as needs
identified and within changes in project is to be made. the internal stakeholder was such as the
project team, top level managements and the external stakeholder were government, customer,
local’s resident and business. the stakeholder mapping was very interesting but a time consuming
as analysing all the issue of the stakeholder and implication of it in power interest grid is turning
out to be difficult. While preforming this activity I have improve my presentation. (Cottrell
(2017. In the project I have prepared the stakeholder plan as formal documents outlining how
stakeholder will be looking to be engaged in the project. This is the process which will positively
increase the aspect of motivation and contribute by establishing a proper level of communication
to maximize the positive impact of the project.
