INTRODUCTIONIn the project management, there are several elements helps to make creative results through planning, controlling, monitoring,reviewing, etc. With stipulate the time, all these functions promoted in systematic manner with project and its scope (Calvo-Mora,Navarro-García and Periañez-Cristobal, 2015). In this aspect, present report based on the case of Business School of RoehamptonUniversity. There are teaching rooms and computing labs in Queen's Building considered that ensure students and staff has excellentlearning. In order to focus on the present report, it covers project and its scope with justify roles and responsibilities of participants.Furthermore, it includes Gantt chart and Work break down structure to focus on the different activities.
