The scale of the business has grown significantly during the period and therefore overall sales which is generated by the business has enhanced significantly. The number of stores of Cocky Valves will be further increasing asn the management of the company is planning to make full use of the growth which is being achieved by the business in Australia. One of the most important area which needs to be considered for ensuring proper records are maintained for the business, is accounting. The overall growth in the scale of operations make accounting and financial presentations an important aspect to consider for the project. The accounting for the business is vital aspect which is considered by the group for analysis of the project management theme. The accounting aspect for the project effectively considers all the sales revenue which is generated by the business and all costs which is incurred for the project. The estimation of revenue and costs of the business is an important aspect in the process of decision making for the business. The process of accounting is important in estimation of a budget which would be containing all the anticipated costs and revenue which is generated by the management of the company. The group would be focusing and forecasting estimated growth in revenues and expenses of the business considering the current market situation and also recommend steps which can be applied for improving the financial position of the business. As the industry project growths, the importance of accounting also growth simultaneously which is an important constant which needs to be considered in the group project.
