1. Defining organization and the project
The paper mainly focusses on the construction of Fisher Street Car Park for Fairfield
City Council by the ADCO Construction Company. It is identified that the company “ADCO
Construction” which is one of the leading construction company in Australia engages in
constructing the Fisher Street Car Park in order to provide proper car parking facility
(Adcoconstruct.com.au 2018). The project mainly includes car parking for 180 vehicles over 3-
storey building that is split into five different levels. The company also includes some of the
environmentally sustainable initiatives including 30 kW photovoltaic system that is mainly
installed on the top level of the car parking area. In addition to this, the design that is made for
the façade treatment is very much spectacular with various significant black butt timber
stenciling in order to provide proper themed mural.
2. Updated business case and revised project charter
2.1 Business case
The paper mainly focusses on the construction of Fisher Street Car Park, which is mainly
located in the area of Cabramatta by the ADCO construction company in order to provide proper
parking facility. The project was mainly funded by the Commonwealth Nation building program
so that the people of Cabramatta does not have to face any issues or challenges related with
parking. In addition to this, the ADCO construction company utilizes some of the environmental
sustainable features including 180-grid connection array that is mainly accounted for over 35%
of the annual energy needs of the parking area (Adcoconstruct.com.au 2018). The entire project

will be executed successfully within 3 years of its commencement and it is found that an extra 1-
month time is provided in order to allow the scope creep. Furthermore, the project needs budget
