Problem domain
There is huge popularity of e-commerce in the current market in the field of
information technology. However, there are a number of issues that are faced with the current
situation of the e-commerce organizations. The issues are generally faced with the delivery of
the product for the e-commerce organizations. Hence, the need for the implementation of the
drone services for the delivery of the products (Cattaruzza et al., 2017). This would reduce
the anomalies that occur in the system and improve the overall efficiency of the system.
Purpose and justification
The main purpose of the project is to evolve the delivery process of the e-commerce
systems. The drone delivery system would also be helpful in the improvement of the
customer satisfaction of the organizations (Reynolds et al. 2016). The project would also be
helpful in maintain a good relationship in between the customers and the business and also
