1.1 Project scope
The scope of the project for developing employment pathways for Sudanese community
in Western Australia are generally listed below:
Development of employment pathway for Sudanese community in Western Australia.
Development of proper financial literacy course
Developing apprenticeship as well as proper vocational program
Removing proper cultural misunderstanding about the workplace
1.2 Issues related to the project and the project parameters
The issues that are related with the project are generally elaborated below:
Schedule slippage: If the project schedule is not tracked properly then the chances of
project schedule is quite high which further can cause delay within the project.
Insufficient budget: If the budget of the project is not properly managed then the
chances of budget shortfall within the project is quite high.
Insufficient training: It is found that due to insufficient training, the team members who
are involved within the project work are unable to finish the project within the expected budget
and time.
