1.1 Project scope
The scope of the project for developing employment pathways for Sudanese community
in Western Australia are generally listed below:
 Development of employment pathway for Sudanese community in Western Australia.
 Development of proper financial literacy course
 Developing apprenticeship as well as proper vocational program
 Removing proper cultural misunderstanding about the workplace
1.2 Issues related to the project and the project parameters
The issues that are related with the project are generally elaborated below:
Schedule slippage: If the project schedule is not tracked properly then the chances of
project schedule is quite high which further can cause delay within the project.
Insufficient budget: If the budget of the project is not properly managed then the
chances of budget shortfall within the project is quite high.
Insufficient training: It is found that due to insufficient training, the team members who
are involved within the project work are unable to finish the project within the expected budget
and time.
