INTRODUCTION
Project management is the method of directing the team's efforts in achieving the targets and
meeting the requirements for performance at a prescribed period. The primary task in project
management is to meet all the aims of the project within the limits set. The report is based on
Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group’s project. In the report different kinds of
elements of project management are described including network diagram, risk analysis, work
break down structure etc.
MAIN BODY
Task 1 Network Diagram
A network chart illustrates graphically all activities, tasks and workflows for a project. The plan
and flow of activities for the plan are plotted and its progress is monitored by every phase and
completed (Kerzner, 2019). The Thalassemia Service Group and Camden Sickle Cell are
organizations that procure funds to arrange music concerts and inform people. The Sickle Cell
and Thalassemia Treatment Network is one of the key aims of this initiative to collect money for
sustained growth. The network diagram following gives clearer explanation of product start-and-
end day and guarantees the project leader is able to function appropriately. The following lists all

TASK 2 Stakeholder Matrix
A stockholder matrix is a tool of change to assess the project activities in order to identify steps
that correspond to the project. Stockholder analysis can help the strategy to consider all
stakeholders' priorities that could be affected or shaped by the plan (Layton, Ostermiller and
Kynaston, 2020). Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassemia Support Community have implemented
this stockholder information to better them recognize the interests and forces of each stockholder
in order to minimize potential negative outcomes and manage negative stakeholders. There are
many internal and external stakeholders who have specified their influence and interest
accordingly below. This graph with some clarification is given below:
High power, High Interest (Manage closely): This Project Manager matrix involves corporate
managers, promoters and partners who are extremely interested and willing to take strategic
choices. The people monitor the whole job very closely to ensure that each task is carried out
according to their schedule.
High Power, Low Interest (Keep Informed): In this process, those parties involved were those
who are influential but less interested in the market plan like vendors, the audience, etc.
Low Power, High Interest (Keep Satisfied): This involves those with low power and high
importance, like staff, public administration, media, industry, etc. They are comfortable with the
organizational function and accomplish their mission (Lock, 2020).

Low Power, Low Interest (Minimal Contact): This process of project plan brings together
people who have low cost and high involvement which has limited communication with others
on market issues. Such as clients, leaders, visitor etc.
TASK 3 Work Breakdown Structure
A project management and system development work-breakdown arrangement is a can it
division into simple fragments. A job detailed breakdown is an essential project that organizes
the work of the team through manageable components (Rowe, 2020). The music concert
management uses the job deliverable oriented to identify his job to succeed. WBS is best

Quality expectation- The Music Concert project team is scheduled to complete this project in
101 days and, if done faster, it will be helpful (Müller, Drouin and Sankaran, 2019). Both
operations must be performed by the Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassemia Service Group inside
the specified timeframe and in the volume and plan supported by an additional 5000 appointment
fees. The team leader also guarantees that all projects are provided by the vendors of quality
products and guarantees they are successful.
Acceptance criteria- For this activity to be done, the organizer set the requirements for hiring

where each step relies upon the viable product of the initiation section. The method is common
of some fields of engineering. Waterfall is a linear, sequential software development tool in
which transition causes current flows like a fountain. This is one of the traditional project
management approaches. Due to the absence of flexibility in earlier phase of production, it has
also emerged for the construction industry, but because of structured external surroundings it has
acquired joyfully more value. In regards to above project, this technique can be used in order to
complete the project in less time and more effective manner. Though, this is a complex way to
manage the project but it produces better and accurate outcome of project.

Six Sigma- It provides companies with the knowledge to build their business operations. This
rise in efficiency and decline in process variations helps to reduce errors and boost income,
employee morals and goods or services quality. This attempt to improve the consistency by
reducing the number of mistakes in the process by identifying what was not working and then
withdrawing it from the process. It uses methods for quality management that are mostly
quantitative and testing that is often used by specialists in those methods. In the context of
project of Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group’s project, this method can be
useful for minimizing errors and enhancing income for stakeholders.
Agile- AGILE is a practice that encourages addition to a strong iteration and checking during the
project application development period. Unlike the waterfall methodology the Agile model
