This report introduces the concept of project management. This report is focusing on the
construction of the Hostel for the homeless young grown-ups in the specific London borough.
This assignment presents a Gantt chart which is showing the graphical illustration of the
project’s schedule and tasks. In addition to this, the assignment highlights two project
methodologies which are Waterfall and Agile methodology for completing the project in
