Project management is a notion that revolves around the agendas of a specific project and
where certain steps are involved in making the best use of resources and working systematically
to attain the objectives. Project management process involves stages in terms of steps that goes
on continuously by applying number of strategies, methods, skills, knowledge and styles with the
focus kept on attaining all pre-determined goals in accordance to the acceptance criteria (Browne

process and procedures. The present report is based on project management and team working in
which areas covered are the competencies required for promoting teamwork in project settings as
well their impacts are also determined. Moving along, roles of project manager and leadership
are identified. Lastly, reflection is given in regards to explain management and leadership in
references to personal development and a PDP is developed.

competency, which helps in successful collaboration. Regardless of whether an individual
from the team is preparing a presentation or performing a task. It's imperative to talk
transparently and genuinely with gathering individuals about different necessities, cut-off
times, and duties. This would aid in promoting successful teamwork in much effective
and in efficient manner (Tabassi and et. al., 2017). Time management: Time management is also a crucial and effective competency, which
is moreover important for individuals as while working in a team. Based on project
managers, for example, must have strong organizational skills in order to set manageable
goals for their team and keep others on track to meet their deadlines. This could be
understood with a good example: Nurses must be able to demonstrate strong delegating
tasks, prioritizing, time management skills so that they can spend more time on the
