INTRODUCTION The project management is a crucial term which is used for development of a particular act. Project management is also skills, tools and skills (Abotaleb, and El-adaway, 2018). The value development is an essential component of a project management in order to develop it in effective manner. This is the major responsibility of a project manager to complete project in an ethical manner for sustainable approach. It is also a key role of management to focus on project development in order to gain competitive advantage in a short period of time. This report includes the evaluation and assessment of a project in order to understand major dimensions of project management. This project also includes the application of effective project plan and success factors for completion of project. This report also includes reflection for a career path in development of a suitable project for a role of effective project manner.
TASK Evaluation of chosen project. It was essential for a person to choose a project in order to learn and develop effective knowledge related to a subject matter. Our project was related to development of a new university in the Sailsbury House. This project is undertaken because of demand of education, in the situation of lockdown, many institutions of United Kingdom developed a perfect approach for development infrastructure. All major project activities used by us were based on civil engineering and other things. The new University is now going to provide all major degrees which are essential for focused growth. The project was very responsible as it included all infrastructure and management techniques. Success factors for completion of a project In the project management, it is essential for a person to consider different success factors in order to gain a competency edge. The project development will require effective knowledge of information and technology to proceed (Eriksson, and Szentes, 2017). Our project team also selected and discussed various success factors that are necessary to gain desired project success. The success factors are mentioned below: Skilled and experience holding team- The success of a major project is totally dependent upon success of a defined project in a set period of time. My team was skilled in a systematic manner to develop enthusiasm and commitment in order to completethe project.My teamwasalso havinggood knowledge relatedto infrastructureengineeringinordertodevelopaperfectvirtuallearning environment. Planning and strategy- This is the most important success factors in order to manage and lead a team. There is a major need of development of an appropriate planning strategy in order to satisfy different clients. The planning is an essential part of project management and development in order to develop different strategic options. Our team developed plan with minimum risk in order to eliminate threat related to future. Our plan was also associated with major planning related to business development and support (Eriksson, Larsson, and Pesämaa, 2017). The

Risk managementmodelsandtoolslikesharing,avoidingandtransferringrisk associated with different team functions (Hietajärvi, Aaltonen, and Haapasalo, 2017). The project management team which was managed me discussed risk minimisation methods as a team. Lesson learnt from a project The project and its tenure was a good learning experience for our whole team and it was helpful in development of a good approach in the project life cycle. The project was giving good life-long learning lessons to me in order to develop at the marketplace. Our whole team learned the following major things from infrastructure project: Importance and management of a project-Our team learned, how to complete different projects within a short span of time. The project management taught us how to manage project in a more crucial manner for the achievement of goals and objectives. The importance of project management is very vital for whole team in order to learn certain things in a well and specified manner. Skills development-The skill development is related to development of different activities which are helpful in development of projects. The skill which our whole teamdevelopedduringtheprojectwereproblemsolving,decisionmaking, management and focused development skills (Jayasuriya, Zhang, and Yang, 2020).
All major skills which were learned during the project were also relate to develop project in a major sense. The skills development is also helpful in considering good approach for leading a whole project. ď‚·Leadership and management qualities-In the development of our project team, it is also managerial to learn focusing on leadership skills. The leadership qualities include various components which makes a person more competitive. I practised the application of democratic leadership styles which are helpful in development of various qualities. It takes into consideration advice and suggestions given by our whole team in order to manage various functions. The management of various decisions which were related to our project was also achieved with the help of leadership and approaches. Our team was against autocratic style of leadership whichexcludedsuggestionsbysubordinateteammembers.Inotherwords, application of democratic style of leadership was important for us to manage various goals and objectives. ď‚·Developing and learning from infrastructure project-As our whole project was based on constructing a new university campus. Our whole team learned different parameters of learning in order to survive at the marketplace. In the era of stiff competitioneducation sector, it is most important for a business to include application of virtual learning (Kerzner, 2019). Our project team although faced many difficulties in completing the project as it was hard for us to manage rest of the labour and construction related functions. The more different functions of management related to our project were also helpful in increasing the value of project. Recommendation In the development of a project, it is recommended for a project manager to focus on development of different skills for overall growth and development. In the functioning of a project, it is also important to focus on various dimensions of project management in order to gain a good response. It is also crucial for a project manager to develop certain ethics in order to develop sustainable practices in a business. The project manager is also recommended that, it is also major to focus on key aspects of growth and expansion. Various stakeholders of the project are considered as major interest holders in the project, so it is effective to take steps and actions
for them. I also recommend my team to follow all the necessary instructions related to completion of project with honesty and integrity (Kuznetsov, and Sabel, 2017). The different dimensions of project management are needed to be covered with the application of value development. It is also recommended that project manager should also develop key supervision and control on various aspects of learning in order to analyse importance of project. The main focus of a project manager should be on planning in a strategic manner for overall development of the business. It is also a major duty of project manager to focus on completion of a project on time in order to develop a major competitive edge. It is also recommended for a project manager to focus on overall development of the project in order to develop a systematic approach. Key supervision and control should be developed by a project manager for tracking whole project managed related to life cycle. In the current scenario a project manager focus on development related aspects that are good for overall growth of a particular project. In the development of virtual learning environment, it is majorly a good approach which focus on key aspects of project focus. It is recommended for a project manager to also take support of control and risk management for long term success. The project life cycle also includes various application in different stages that also includes project design and formulation. In the recent times, it is also important for a project manager to follow employment in order to develop legal business (Marinho, Sampaio, and Moura, 2018). This is also recommended for a manager to include different practices that are legal in nature for safety and security of employees. In the development of effective business activities related to a project, a project manager to include management styles. The application of human relationship theory is important to develop healthy relationship between different team members. This theory is also effectiveinmanagementanddevelopmentofharmonybetweenteammemberswhich automatically increases coordination. The coordination and its development is also necessary in management of a project for overall development of the business. In the project management, it is also recommended for a manager to develop all operations in a systematic manner. The deadline or time line related to a project should be also facilitated by project manager in order to complete project in a set period of time.

This approach is also helpful in career path by development of an effective personality. ď‚·Effectivecommunication-Effectivecommunicationdefinesastoconveyan information to another effectively and efficiently, with good communication or verbal skills helps to transfer the sharing information to employees within a firm for its commercial benefits (Midler, 2019). While doing any project it is important to communicate properly and keep all the parties about the project up- to- date on any changing status of the project. With the help of effective communication, it is possible to make the best decisions which generates to good project delivery. ď‚·Technical expertise-The role of technical experts is come at the end after estimating all the facts related to project then they provide their technical advice regarding the project. They focus on technical tasks and finished them by focusing also guide other employees to do same and continue focused on technical facts in project. They work
as a mentor in their technical department and analyse planned schedule projects also keep updating, researching and assess hardware or software technology alternatives for every project. ď‚·Decision making- The ability to make important decisions regarding business is the most valuable skill of all project manager. Most important step in decision making is to analyse the problem properly only then managers can understand the situation clearly and provide the best decision. A decision maker is a manager who makes the challenging decisions that overall impact on the company and make decisions on how organization should operate. The project where the project leader and team decides about the policy, scheme and acceptable actions. When managers plan they decides on the matters or what objective will pursue, resources they use and assign the project to the employees. ď‚·Growth and expansion- This project works to expand the business in high level, this includes innovating new product in the market and moving into new market. It also involves in increasing the revenue by sale the surviving goods in same market or in new market, at this point of time company starts to thinking for additional means to give raise the extra profits. Growth and Expansion has the prospective to introduce company products and services in larger number of customers, which directly link to improve sales of firm and leads to excessive profits. This skill presents the company a chance to budge business to another area, across the world. ď‚·Professionalism- This skill refers to uplift respect and honesty in related to business matters or during any project (Venkataraman, and Cheng, 2018). It is important for project manager to kept the all personal information of their employees confidential and it not leads to any conflicts. This is a variable awareness and application of specialist with specialised knowledge with in a specific field and the receipt of profession application of capacity and qualities, involve knowledge and appropriate skills.
CONCLUSION From the above stated report it can be concluded that project management is an effective approach which is helpful in developing a business entity. This project concludes the importance of time and skill development in order to complete a successful project. The above stated report it can be concluded that it is important for a project manager to develop a precise strategy for a project management.
