INTRODUCTION
The process of project management include the planning, initiation, monitoring execution and
closure of the project. project team work to achieve reset goals an meet the success criteria
within the given time frame. the primary area have the project management is to achieve all the
project goals and made the project outcomes.
This part of the project will cover critical evolution of the findings and highlight the critical
success and failure factors and also conclude the lesson learned within the whole project by the
project manager. This report will also make and proper and appropriate recommendation that
will help in future to be more effective in this area. In the end of this report reflection will be
return on the basis of career path in project management and also it will discuss about the skills
that are needed to we are successful project manager.

Critical evolution of project, highlighting its critical success and failure factors
To make the project successful there are various problems occur that effect the whole project
plan (Hasan., And et.al., 2019). The construction of London Bridge Wasn’t successful project
and to make the project successful there are various steps taken by the project manager that
helped them too make it successful. the main highlight in the project was making the budget it
was important to estimate the project but there was an risk to get failure in the budget if there is
no proper estimation of the budget and cost. to overcome the issue project manager create project
budget plan in the initiation space so they were able to estimate the project according to the
inflation in the country that helped them to get a proper number so they can estimate how much
should be the budget. Other risk also identified by the project manager like financial resources
problem, resources that are needed to construct the whole bridge, communication risk and many
more risk that have been identified and also create these strategies in the risk register so it can be
overcome and make the project successful. this wasn't failure factors that was identified by the
risk register that helped them to identify the potential risk that can impact the whole project and
also make these strategies to overcome the issues.
The main success factor that helped to make this London project successful was that all the
budget planning, risk was identified and also stakeholders and human resource was enough to
make the project successful. the main success was proper planning and without the proper
planning it was not possible for the project manager to implement and achieve the objectives.
