Project name: RICA coffee shop

Project goal: The main goal of this project plan is the preparation of opening a coffee shop in
Phnom Penh area
Project location: Phnom Penh CBD
Project Need: The coffee shop is planned to be a nice place where friends and family, coworkers
and other professionals could meet for distressing. The shop is planned to offer all in one service
consisting of variety of books, arcade games and lots of vouchers and good discounts to attract
large customer base within Phnom Penh
Project description: The coffee shop is envisioned to suit all customers who want a new
experience of well blended high quality coffee. The shop is estimated to occupy about 40 square
feet with a well fitted sitting area with tables which is planned to host upto 50 customers. The
shop is also envisioned to provide free wifi, books and other arcade games.
Project budget: The estimated initial cost is 879180456.40 Cambodian riel
Success criteria: The project is deemed successful as the launch date is 4th June 2020 so as it
can be operational through summer.

remain open for 7 days a week from 7am in the morning to 9pm and 12pm on the weekends

2.1. Project Integration Management
Project integration is a critical step in project planning and involves all the processes that work
together to coordinate the project to meet its desired goals. The main task of the integration
management is coming up with a plan (Fleming & Koppelman, 2016). In addition, activities such
as communication, team contracting are done at this stage by the coordinator.
2.2. Project Work Breakdown Structure
Work breakdown structure is one of the key elements of a good project plan as it is used to

The estimated total funds required to kickstart the project is about 879180456.40 Cambodian riel
