INTRODUCTION
Project management is considered as tool that helps in organising activities in order to
accomplish project successfully (Sheaves and et.al, 2016). Present study is based on protection of
Great Barrier Reef which is being damaged by global warming on Phosphates. In order to
accomplish this project it is essential to purchase tanks and ancillary equipments. Furthermore,
project manager will have to monitor coral over six week period. Government of Queensland
will pay for this task. Recently Great Barrier Reef is getting affected due to global warming thus,
the main agenda of this project is to protect the Great Barrier Reef from such kind of situations.
Study will carry out research on three environments placebo, warm water and phosphates.
Current assignment will set up scope statement and stakeholder management plan. Furthermore,
it will prepare procurement plan and Gantt chart to demonstrate entire plan of managing
successful project.
SCOPE STATEMENT
The study has huge scope because by working on this project, manager will be able to
minimise issue of global warming to great extent. Proposal will involve cost system and it will
collaborate with all stakeholders. The main objective of this task is to establish control over
global warming and improve cost control by using correct environment (Rolfe and et.al, 2018).
Deliverables for this project are:
Document requirements
Server installation
Tank testing equipments
Environmental setup
Training
Manuals

RISK ANALYSIS
Risk analysis technique is essential element that aids in identifying constraints of project and
assist in preparing plans to identify and manage risks at initial level to reduce the chance of fail
or mismanagement. (Graham and Hanly, 2017). Risk analysis for protection of Great Barrier

CONCLUSION
From the above study it can be concluded that effective planning and proper scheduling can
help project manager in completing this Great Barrier Reef project successfully. Manager has to
select suppliers and contractors on the bases of their experience. This will help in avoiding delay
and finishing it on time.
