The name of the project is “implementation of cloud based ERP system within a
company named CLAIMit.
2. Name of the organization
The name of the organization is CLAIMit, which is a restaurant and café deal sites that
generally helps in offering steep discounts at famous restaurants to various consumers who
generally purchase them in various form of electronic ClAIMit coupon. The main mission of the
company is to provide cafes as well as restaurants an online presence that they lack for
generating traffic and sales. It is identified that CLAIMit generally collaborates with businesses
to incentivize consumers for visiting as well as spending in store by providing proper attractive
discounts.
3. Background
The organization “CLAIMit” is one of the online site that is developed for serving as a
directory of cafes as well as restaurants in Malaysia. The company was founded in the year 2014
by CLAIMit Sdn Bhd. The organization officially began its operation after the first quarter of
2015. The organization serves its customers properly however due to very strong competition
from different existing deal sites, the company faces lot of issues as well as challenges in
competing with those sites and thus it decided to focus only on the beverage and food industry.
CLAIMit wants to expand its business within food and beverage industry but with the expansion
of the business, the company analyzes the need of cloud based ERP system for flexible access

7. Issues
The issues as well as challenges that the project faces are as follows:
Improper management: As the project manager of the organization are not experienced
therefore they faces lot of issues as well as challenges in managing the project. Therefore it is
very much necessary to hire experienced project manager in order to manage the project properly
so that entire project will be completed within estimated time and budget.
Security issues: The project faces number of security issues due to improper migration
of data as well as information. It is quite important to secure the data as well as information by
implementing proper risk management strategies.
Inappropriate estimation of budget: It is analyzed that the budget that is estimated for
project is not appropriate and thus the project faces financial issues. It is quite important to
estimate the budget of the project appropriately by analyzing the market properly.
Improper risk management: The risks that are associated with the project are not
managed properly by the organization and as a result the progress of the entire project gets
