Project management can be described as process which assist to lead the work belong to a team
in order to attain goals of project by consist constraints. In this, information used consist project
documentation that develop beginning of development process (Aanbari and Kwak, 2018). It
consists three main constraint including scope, budget as well as time that helps to successfully
completion of a project. This project report includes analysation of Astra Plc that is small size
organisation. It is a business that consist vitamin as well as mineral-based supplements. It is
planning to diversity their product portfolio with launch of health and fitness app.

It is essential for managers of Astra Plc to focus on development of effective project plan that
includes different activities and action require to complete for attainment of desired goals and
objectives. In this, Astra Plc is planning to introduce new app for health and fitness app in order
to develop product portfolio which helps them to mitigate risk and also helps to attain objectives
of company. This strategy helps business to solve problem faced by them by managing project in
effective manner. In order to implement the strategy and also to manage project in organisation,
different steps to be taken by managers of Astra Plc (Bjorvatn and Wald, 2018). These steps
include collecting information related to app, detailing of app and featuring its application,
development of carbon copy. Another step includes effective planning related to graphic
designing, development of marketing strategies and final submission of app-to-app stores. With
following these activities, managers also consider time frame of project activity that allow them
to complete work of develop of app on timely basis. For this, Gantt chart also considered as
important technique for attainment of targets through development of application.
