1. Evaluation of the internal as well as external factors and their impact on the process
of project management
It is analyzed that enterprise environmental factors generally create both positive as
well as negative impact on the process of project management and on the operation of the
organization (Smith, 2016). It is found that the enterprise environmental factors are generally
divided into internal as well as external factors that are helpful in creating proper influence on
the project that is generally undertaken.
According to Zinovieva et al. (2016), external EEFs are those that generally help in
create a huge impact on both the project as well as organization, however, the internal factors
generally create impact within the project core. It is found that there are a number of internal
as well as external enterprise environmental factors that are generally associated with the
organization Quasar communication which further creates a huge impact on the procedure of
project management.
It is found that there are a number of internal EEFs that are mainly associated with
the organisation quasar communication in order to create an impact on the procedure of
project management. The internal factors that generally create an impact on the procedure of
project management are generally elaborated below:
Improper authority: It is identified that as QCI adopted project management
structure that is fragmented as well as informal, it is found that the project managers are
provided with lots of responsibilities with very much little authority while the entire authority
is provided to the line managers (Kuratko Hornsby & Covin, 2014). Due to the improper
division of authority, it became quite difficult to manage the projects that are generally
undertaken by the organization QCI.

Inappropriate organizational structure: It is found that due to improper
organizational structure, the work that is related with the project is not divided properly
within the team member and as a result, it generally creates a number of issues in managing
the project successfully.
Corporate culture: Style of the functioning of top management as well as learning of
the organization are mainly considered as one of the important factors for properly managing
the organizational operations (Yang et al., 2017). It is identified that the organization
generally follows corporate culture in which decisions are generally made by the top
managers. It is found that due to this corporate culture, it is quite difficult to manage the
project effectively without taking proper views of the project team members as well as
leaders.
The external factors that generally creates an impact on the project management
processes are generally elaborated below:
Competition: It is identified that the organization faces a number of different types
of challenges while dealing with the competition. In order to deal with the rising competition,
the organization generally dealt with an external organization so that they can be able to train
the stakeholders of the organization in project management (Kroon, 2016). But as the line
managers opposed, fragmented as well as the informal structure of project management. It is
found that due to this inappropriate structure of project management, it is very much difficult
to manage the projects of Quasar Communication quite effectively.
Technological changes: It is identified that the changes that are generally needed can
generally create a number of challenges as well as issues. It is found that with the changes
within the technology, it is very much necessary to utilize proper techniques in order to
manage the operations of the organization. however due to change in tools and techniques, it
