Communication plan
A communication plan is one of the policy- driven approach that is used in order to provide proper information to the
different project stakeholders. The plan properly helps in defining who is mainly given specific type of information and when
the information is delivered. Additionally, the communication channels that are associated are also reflected. It is found as the
organization, Kingston-Bryce Limited is quite eager to move forward for undertaking acquisition of the competitors, it is
necessary to develop a communication plan so that it would include proper strategies that are mainly utilized for effectively
encouraging the project team for performing different types of project work quite successfully. In addition to this, the
