INTRODUCTION
The concept of Project management is regarded as one time efforts which leads to
achievement of particular target. This is comprised of development of project plan. Along witgh
this it involves stating the goals and targets and making determination of the task which are

installed within the mobiles in order to attract the donors towards the various hospitals that are

requirement of the hospital on emergency basis. Limited scope of 5 people will be there for
required particular blood group. After this the time of registering would not be seen. This would
assist in making instant decision by the hospital. Thus satisfaction can be provided to the
individuals who are in need of blood on emergency basis. It is considered as ongoing activity
that includes several managerial aspects that involves planning, organizing management of
resources, controlling and others. In the present project management the aim is towards project
schedule designing, scope, determination of need for resources, estimation of cost, time, risk
mitigation, management of quality approaches for development of new application.

Goal and mission: The major aim beside development of the new application is towards making
sure the fulfillment of the emergency need of blood. This is effective in satisfying the needs of
the target market to a greater extent.
Objectives:
 To ensure that proper notification is provided to the one who have downloaded the
application
 To make sure that registration of the individuals are being viewed (Gao, Chen and Shi,
2017) To make sure that limited scope kept is filled in an effective manner so that need of
hospital is accomplished.
Critical success factors Experienced and talented developers: Project planner possess major need that is towards
having skilled and talented designers of software who are able to gain knowledge in

emphasis of the project planner is at introduction of the blood donation application in order to
offer adequate services. In the present era with the increase in number of uncertainties related
with the health. There is greater need towards in the present towards making development of
application that does not includes risk. So that it can effectively meet the need of the target
customers in an effective manner (Sommerville, 2011). Along with this proper care needs to be

can be controlled and managed by means of taking various steps. Further technical failure can
increase by mitigating it through regular consultation with IT department who possess the
accountability towards updating the application to a greater extent. Further they are responsible

is able to attain the success through the execution of the particular project plan.

such as adopting new technology are effected in it.

the rules. Moreover they have the role of examining the issues in the existing software
and introduce new advanced features like high level interface and energy optimizing. Manager for training: They have role to devise schedules for offering training to
members and develop program associated with induction. Along with this they possess

In stakeholder analysis it include Donor who are interested to donate their blood, Patients
and Employees. To estimate the condition of donor such as number of donor, there blood group
etc. are considered in it. In patients, there numbers, kind of disease etc. are required in it.

takes more time as compared to other activities. Along with this, it can be said that by having an
