1.1 Project Title
The title of the project is “Installation of Botts Dots for Car in fog season”.
1.2 Project Description
The project mainly focusses on the installation of Botts Dotts for fog season in order
to ensure the safety of the cars that generally pass through the roads during the fog season. It
is identified that the fog would generally helpful in reducing the visibility of the car from
distance and helps in creating some issues during driving and thus Botts Dotts would be quite
helpful in decreasing the probability of the occurrence and assists in forming effective flow of
traffic.
1.3 Scope
The in-scope of the project include:
Developing effective design outline
Undertaking design analysis
Developing proper interface
Coding sensor programming
Installing sensor
Connecting the solar batteries
1.4 Project life cycle plan
The project life cycle plan mainly includes four phases initiation, planning, execution as
well as closure. Each phase of the project life cycle has some tasks that needs to be completed
in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the project. It is identified that each of the step

5.1 Project performance report plan
The project “installation of Botts Dotts” gets completed within four project phases
including initiation, planning, development, testing as well as closure. It is identified that
initiation phase of the project will get completed within 11th June 2018 whereas the planning
