Part 1- Project Selection
1.1 Project Title
The title of the project is “Installation of Botts Dots for Car in fog season”.
1.2 Project Description
The project mainly focusses on the installation of Botts Dotts for fog season in order
to ensure the safety of the cars that generally pass through the roads during the fog season. It
is identified that the fog would generally helpful in reducing the visibility of the car from
distance and helps in creating some issues during driving and thus Botts Dotts would be quite
helpful in decreasing the probability of the occurrence and assists in forming effective flow of
traffic.
1.3 Scope
The in-scope of the project include:
 Developing effective design outline
 Undertaking design analysis
 Developing proper interface
 Coding sensor programming
 Installing sensor
 Connecting the solar batteries
1.4 Project life cycle plan
The project life cycle plan mainly includes four phases initiation, planning, execution as
well as closure. Each phase of the project life cycle has some tasks that needs to be completed
in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the project. It is identified that each of the step
plays a crucial role in finishing the entire project successfully.

2.1 Project Statement of Work (SOW)
The project statement of work generally helps in elaborating the scope of the work
that is generally involved for a vendor and assists in clarifying the entire deliverables, costs as
well as timelines. It is generally required in situations where a project generally involves both
vendors as well as proper external contributors in addition to the entire team of the project.
2.1.1 Project Objectives
The objectives of the project are as follows:
 To install Botts Dotts for Car in fog season
 To ensure the safety of the cars passing through the roads
 To decrease the probability of the occurrence of the issue and helps in forming
effective flow of traffic

The customer reviews are as follows:
1st User: The Botts Dots are very much inexpensive and thus easily affordable.
2nd User: It is quite necessary to utilize as it helps in keeping the drivers in an
appropriate travel lane on curves under low condition visibility.

Responsibility assignment matrix is also known as the RACI matrix or linear
responsibility chart that generally assists in illustrating the participation by different roles in
order to complete tasks or deliverables. RACI acronym stands for four key responsibilities
