1.1 Business case company
The organization “Vero Solutions” that is situated in Milton Keynes, UK is engaged in
giving a number of hardware as well as software solutions for automation of logistics as well as
warehouse. The higher management of the organization wants to generate new clients as well as
proper networking with the various suppliers by reflecting the latest innovations that the
company utilizes. Therefore, the company wants to attend London technology as well as the
trade show. With the help of the show, the organization can be able to showcase how the
organization is using technology in order to automating the warehouse and logistic department.
1.2 Key findings from project management topic
1.2.1 Rationale for exhibiting
The organization “Vero solutions” wants to get involved within the London Technology
and AI trade show in order to get an opportunity so that the business can be able to showcase
their latest innovation including the tracking system. This is generally needed for generating new
clients as well as for creating proper network with the different suppliers. It is found that for
organizing the tradeshow a proper venue is selected and proper space for the trade show is
purchased. I addition to this, basic requirements including desks, chairs, electrical equipment and
other additional requirements are purchased. The total time that is needed for involving within
the tradeshow will be around 6 months.

The London technology as well as the trade show on AI which was attended by Vero
Solutions is found to be very much beneficial as well as feasible for the organization. It is found
that the organization does not get proper opportunity to showcase their innovations for attracting
clients but can also create proper connection with the suppliers. Additionally, the ROI of the

It can be concluded that London technology and AI trade show will be helpful in
showcasing the innovations that are utilized by Vero solutions for automating its automation as
well as logistics. This has further attracted a number of clients and helped the business in
developing proper relations with the suppliers of the organization. Furthermore, it is learnt from
the entire paper that proper management of time is quite critical for achieving success within the
