INTRODUCTIONProject management is a process of implementing a range of methodologies, techniquesand ideas in order complete a decided project activity (Eskerod and Jepsen, 2016). Further,project management can also be defined as a procedure of planning, executing, monitoring andcompleting a project for the purpose of achieving set targets, goals and objectives. The presentproject management plan includes plan of launching a new canned food product along with itsmarketing. The planing report of the launching the product includes PESTLE analysis foranalysing influence of a range of external factors over manufacturing and marketing of the newproduct. Further, the report also shows work breakdown based structure along with the Gantt chartof various activities to be preformed in the manufacturing and marketing of new product as toenhance the productivity of performance. In addition, the plan is also based on the risk analysisof the project in order to eliminate the risk involved. Various techniques and matrix for thepurpose of improving the planning and its implementation. Moreover, the planning reports alsoshows stakeholder management strategy in order to analyse the involvement of various keystakeholders, their importance in the project management and their interest in the project as well.MAIN BODYProject contextWith the help of present project management development plan, a range of cannedproducts are being planned to manufacture and marketed as well. The report shows planningprocedure of manufacturing a range of premium soups in order to attract numerous customers. Butternut Squash soup is premium soups that would be launched by Dunbia foodmanufacturing company. It includes a range of healthy ingredients like Butternut, Garlic, carrots,onion, etc. In addition, the soup is also liked and preferred by a large number of consumers in allover the world. In this regard, launching the Butternut Squash soups will help in attracting alarge number of customers and enhance company's sales volume. Further, another premium soup to be launched by Dunvia food manufacturing company isFrench onion soup. The soup is made of olive oil and unsalted butter. These ingredients makesthe soup mild and full of sweetness as well (Fleming and Koppelman, 2016). The combination ofthese two flavors makes the soup tasty. The major scope of manufacturing these premium soups as a canned product is to providethese premium soups with the best quality. Further, with the help of these canned soups, thecompany would be able to make the soups available to the customers in ready to use formwhenever and wherever they want. This quality of the canned soup will help in enhancing theconsumer's attraction towards the product. Dunvia will also make the healthier canned productavailable at the wide range of retail and wholesale shops. It will enhance the ability of companyin reaching to a large number of customers. In addition, the planned report also helps the company in developing effective marketingstrategy so as to creating awareness among the customers about the new canned soupsmanufactured by Dunvia. With the help of developing effective marketing plans and procedures,company's ability to sale a large number of food products in the market and enhance its marketshare as well. RationaleThe core reason behind choosing manufacturing a range of premium soups is it will helpthe Dunvia in expanding its business. Furthermore, with the help of developing healthier soupsfor the customers, will lead in improving the quality of products and services provided by firm toits customers (alsh, Bhagavatheeswaran and Roma, 2019). The project management planincludes analysis of various factors that are beyond the control of company but can have a majorimpact over its business and its manufacturing and marketing procedure. It helps in developmentof the most effective procedures and plans so as to reduce or eliminate the effect of these factorsover the results. The planning report also help in identifying and analysing the competitors' strengths andstrategies so that Dunvia could improve its policies of attracting customers towards it andimprove the market share and profitability as well. For this purpose, eachactivity to be performed by the business for launching their new product and develop effectivemarketing strategies is being analysed (Modarres, 2016). It resulted in preparation of the budgetof the whole budget so that the company could maintain sufficient amount of resources andmaintain smoothness in the flow of all the activities. For eliminating effect of this factor, it should develop the packaging procedure ofthe canned product in such a way so that it includes a minimum amount of plastic and otherharmful substance. It would help in gaining attraction of eco minded customers and target themas well. Social factorsSocial factors includes taste and preference of population, segmentation of population onthe basis of their age, emphasis of the population towards health consciousness, etc. these factorscan impact the manufacturing process and decision making of the Donvia in choosing the varietyof premium soups to be developed by it for the further expansion purpose (PEST AnalysisExample for the Food Industry, 2018). In this order, Social factors have a great influence overthe project management plan of manufacturing and marketing new premium soups in themarket.Technological factorsTechnological factors includes using latest technological equipments in themanufacturing process of the new canned soups. Use of latest technology in the manufacturingprocess can reduce the cost to be incurred by the Dunvia in manufacturing premium soups andtheir packaging as well. Moreover, using latest technology for the marketing purpose caninfluence the customer attraction power. In this regard, this factor also have a major influenceover the project management procedure of the Dunvia. Although, influence of this factor can bereduced by the way of analysing the latest technology and implementing them in the projectperformance as well.Legal factorsA company needs to comply with numerous rules regulations and legislation whileperforming their business activities. In this order, while performing activities of launchingpremium range canned soups, the Dunvia would also need to comply with various legislationsuch as health and safety law, packaging and labeling standards, waste management laws, foodand safety standards, etc. further, as non compliance of any of the above laws my lead inattracting legal penalties over the company. In this regard, this factor also have a huge impactover the project management procedures that can only be reduced by complying each and everylegislation and standards applicable on it.4
