INTRODUCTION

assessment consists of two specific projects, in which first of is centered on relevant project
concepts while the other one is premised on case study of Pandemic Centre to cover different
aspects of project management. This study-report contains overview of entire project,
vital stakeholders, process of PID, framework of project management, role of managers and a
comprehensive network diagram. Furthermore, the processes attributable to this concept
also demonstrated by the systems, the resources required and the corresponding budgeting.

1. Illustrate key characteristics of a project
There are various attributes that are being possessed by project and some of them are

to the execution of project within a particular time frame. All projects have a length of period
that relies on the type and scale of the project. because if the project is longer than projected

short time period. As in the situation of the above-mentioned Pandemic Centre project, the

can also be useful for monitoring of project.
Risks: these can be characterized as future losses that may be financial/fiscal or non -
financial/fiscal. As far as the project is concerned, that could be interpreted as certain reasons
which can contribute to a breakdown of the project. This deficiency may be of some shape, such
as lag of conclusion of the project, increased costs of completing of the project, inability to
achieve the project target, and much more. This is the duty of the project planner to concentrate
on certain causes that may contribute to failure of the project. Such issues are distinct and can
occur for some intent, like lack of successful skills of workers, participation of stakeholders,
adverse market conditions etc.
Risk register concerning a project is too important to prevent threats and potential impacts. The
risk register is a repository which is used as risk management framework that meets legislative

Termination of project- This is very last phase under which the project is shuttered as the targets
and aims are accomplished. In the case of the above-mentioned project, such stage will be

success of project if or not this is done in a prescribed timeframe and expense. In the event

terminate the project.
CONCLUSION
It can be inferred from study that whole project management process is a central feature
that allows administrators to ensuring that the project is finished on schedule as per the
appropriate criteria. In order to achieve so, project managers need to have various qualities that
can render it efficient to carry out their duties in an acceptable way. PID incorporates all the
specifics of project that allows them to carry out project within the timeline needed and to
ensuring that this is prepared to fulfil the demands of the enterprise in an acceptable style. Life
cycle phases of project help in the completion of the project as per the required measures and this
contributes to a profitable project that can further help to achieve higher viability.
