INTRODUCTION
The term project management is a procedure where all disciplines process, skills and
knowledge towards accomplish their goal and objectives according to their project and manage
the way of project to take new initiatives within their organization (De Bruyne, Moensand
Vanhoucke, 2021). These type of project management consider basic principles and procedure to
a new way for implementing within their organization to create new work packages to
accomplish their goals and objectives. This report is based on Camden Sickle Cell and
Thalassaemia Service group. Main aim of this report is to provide a sustainable way to increase
their fund. This report covers several topics such as network diagram, stakeholder analysis,
identify many risk analysis, work based structure, quality expectation to control this event and
critical evaluation of this project.
TASK 1
Develop a network diagram to show relationship between all activities
This term network diagram is very significant tool for project management because it is
helpful to recognize all those activities which are needed to be cover or completed their project
during a given time of project. It also provides an essential task which are named as duration,
sequence and dependency which shows all activities to completed this project. A network
diagram is meant to be graphical presentation which is series of linked arrows to describe their
interrelationship activities that are need to be involved in this project. It also shows start and
finish time and other activities should be followed within these network diagram. Manager of
this project consist that there is a draw a network diagram but mainly it can consider to
diagramming procedure which are named as Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service
Group to use this method is very effectively and efficiently manner to describe all those
activities (Einhorn, Marnewick and Meredith, 2019). This network diagram of this project which
are described below:

time represent on 22 activity is 109 represent to when two task need to finish together.
This term consist that critical path are should be identified through this digram and
distance are should be covered for shortest for all these tasks. As per above diagram, it will
shows that various activities are performed during this event which is based on short time which
are named as 1,2,4,5,9,10,21, 22 which should be represented lowest time activities to finish time
will be about 117 days during this time of events duration (Ivanov, lasova and Orlova, 2020).
TASK 2
Stakeholder analysis for this project
Stakeholders analysis represents that procedure is going systematically identifying some
people in organization according to level of participation. It should gathering all information to
analyse qualitative information are taken into consideration when they implementing or
execution their policy and program. As they can useful technique for understanding, identifying
and prioritize all those stakeholders which should be influence their power or project.
Stakeholder analysis also affect their Camden Sicken Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group, their
participants, audiences and various organizer are should be considered as follows:
 High power high interest: Many of stakeholders who are having their interests for the
performance to take right decision for this event which is based on such elements such as
investor, sponsors, organiser and participant all are involved in this project event.
Camden Sicken Cell and Thalassaemia Service group create a high power interests and
their produce a music concert through various stakeholders which is need to be influence
about power of project.
 High power low interest: Various kinds of stakeholders has been regard of many
activities of firm but they have high power to take decision making. If government is
should be included various type of stakeholders which is not interested but they have
power to take decision in this event (Liu, 2020)
 Low power low interest: When various stakeholder are should be represent does not
have nay power to take decision and participate in this music event. They are mainly
consider that staff members do not have any power and do not have nay right to take

decision because of generating low profitability. If there is low power and interests then
stakeholder analysis are generated their music event with low profitability because
stakeholders are also no there in this project there is low power of music concert are
recognized.
 Low power high interest: There are stakeholders do not have right to take decision but
take interest in this music event and customer are considering that stakeholders have
power to success judgement with context to any event are highly interested for such
activities.
Communication strategies for each and every stakeholders is to follow consultation and
participation and has right to be concerned about their project and even to oppose it. They have
schedule meeting for every project, separate online screen to screen meetings, briefly about their
project report, meetings on conference call.
TASK 3
Develop a clearly numbered Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
It is a method to defined to complex multi step project which is divided into various large
projects to getting things done in an efficiently and effectively manner. It is a tool which is used
to utilize such techniques and it is one of most significant project management documents. It is

helpful to describe their project manager and allow final activities which are need to be produced
toward accomplish their successful project event (Motiejūnienė and Kasperavičienė, 2019). The
main purpose of this project is to conduct music event that Camden Sickle Cell and
Thalassaemia Service Group is designing to organize such activities set up perspective scope of
this project. Various activities of music event which are describe below:

What are quality expectation, acceptance criteria, quality specification and measures to control
this event
Quality expectation: This quality expectation defined that expected product of project
are captured with their customers. It is anticipated by event to carry out of all stakeholders and
proper management are necessary for clients and fulfil all requirements to their customers (Todt,
Weiss and Hoegl, 2019). In case of given project is music concert then customers and audience
are know about their quality expectation means what type of quality is expected for customers
and stakeholders are carry out fulfil all requirements related to this project.
Quality specification: It is considered to go through their project and quality is managed
to maintained their project and it will decided food, parking arrangements and other activities for
this event. Some specification are there in this project that is means their quality, food, drinks
and all facilities which is provided by event manager and all types of arrangements are provide
so that customers are satisfied about this project.
Acceptance criteria: This criteria will be predicted by event of funding which is based
on high expected level of stakeholders.
Measures: To analyse various kinds of levels or measurement to this event and use of
such activities which is related to food, arrangement, funds and so on. To measure safety and
security who are attend this music event and determine all expectation are should be measured.
Various measures are put control in this project such as eliminated their hazards, controls of
administration, protective equipment and so on.
TASK 6
Critically evaluation of what methodology are suitable for project and why
Aims: The main aim of this project is to organize the music concert in Camden Sickle Cell and
Thalassaemia Service Group successfully.
Objectives: To identify the purpose and budget of organizing the event.
To identify the risk that arises while organizing music concert in this project.
Methodology of project are should be considered which are applied for manager and
owners for manage different activities are recognize regarding this event. This project
management is based on Camden Sickle Cell and Thalassaemia Service Group which could be

applied effective methodology which is Waterfall. This methodology are consist that various
type of task are presented and perform various activities for music event and main aim is to raise
fund. They should be concentrated for specific process such as design, application, testing and
maintenance (Zhong, 2019). The main benefit is successful accomplish their long term goals and
objectives and helpful to execute such projects events. This project used waterfall methodology
because all tasks are completed in proper manner and sequential manner means each and every
stage related to project are identified before next start. Various requirements are there and used
in this project such as design, testing and maintenance. There is lot of problems about beginning
all things are done according to customer expectations.
CONCLUSION
As per above information, it has been understood that project management describe new
initiative new plan are should be changes to be implemented within their business concern.
Various planning for this music event to prepare network diagram work breakdown structure to
maintain relationship with all activities. Furthermore, to conduct stakeholders analysis and
various risk are analyse to occur in event that could be affect their project event, to define
quality expectation , specification, acceptance criteria, measurement and provide critical analysis
to determine what methodology should be suitable or not.
