Wednesday17-10-2018The next step will be resource allocation. In this step the work will be allocated among the people required in the project. Friday19-10-2018The next step will be Security Planning and Communication Guidelines. This will determine the information to be delivered to the stakeholders. The mode of communication with the project sponsors i.e., First National Bank. This will also include the communication with the investors associated with FNB and the end- users and clients of FNB. Weekly meetings will be set with them. Updates and notifications will be sent to them via email. Information Sharing will be done by SharePoint Location. The technical Infrastructure analysis will also be done. By the end of Friday, the planning process will be completed. Monday22-10-2018After the planning process, the plans will be executed smoothly. The entire execution process will require18 days. The first day will be procurement of database and other tools. Wednesday24-10-2018Once the database and other tools are procured, the design of the database will be set-up. Friday26-10-2018The next step will be to set up the environment and infrastructure of the database.
