present assignment, chosen organisation is Morgan Sindall Group plc which is a construction
company headquartered in London. The main purpose of developing this project is to develop a
project initiation document to deliver an office move. It covers project overview, its
characteristics, role of project manager and application of methodologies and theoretical
frameworks. Apart from this, a project management plan is developed in which some measures
to monitor and control project risk, change and configuration, quality are defined. At last,
success and failure of project is evaluated in this report.
