Approach
Waterfall approach will be used in this project which is basically a simple sequential
approach. Under this approach, each phase of the project needs to be completed before the
beginning of next one. The expected goals are fixed which do not change.
Key stakeholders
The main stakeholders in the project are the administrators, staff members, families, labours,
technical experts, designers, marketers, investors and suppliers of raw materials, electricians,
government and many more (Maassen, 2018). The stakeholders need to be communicated
according to their power and interest.
Risk Management
There can be many risks while managing the project such as cost overrun, lack of
resources, technical faults, natural calamities and withdrawal of stakeholders and many more
which needs to be mitigated by appropriate mitigation strategies.
