ESSAY The project management of the cross rail ways with known as theElizabeth line rail waysconstruction project. This project is constructed in the underground railways construction at east and west London in united Kingdom. This report will base on the previous assessments that elaborate the construction project of railways. This project is known as the Elizabeth lone railways. His report will elaborate the detail narrative of what I think about the project and consider that it will success or fail as well as highlight that what I learnt from the project. This report will also recommend for the similar project. I think that theproject managementis the organizational approach which are used for manage the project (Stanitsas, Kirytopoulos and Leopoulos, 2021). The cross rail project will provide the world-class facilities to customer at affordable price with the project excellence and partnership. The cross railways plan is formulate for the safety, emergency and risk management. It carries out the assessment programs with the performance profess within the Elizabeth line rail ways construction. The previous assessment provide the background of project and associate the risk management plan. I think that this project is the evaluation of management for provide customer to world-class services that helps in project. I also realized that there are various risk which face by this management project and it is not beneficial for project to become success in the future. This project have ideas to run the 12 trains in very hours and wants to become the fully functional from the central station. Many people are involved in these project to complete and become successful project. The broad technology are also used in this project such as enterprise resources planning system that consist the diverse tools which helps in handle the project in better ways and also manage the accounting and human resources of this project. I realized that this project is essential for governments of United Kingdom to make use of project management practices and principles (Ahmed, 2019). In this project, there are the best practices whichareusedinthisprojectsuchasresourcesmanagement,timemanagementand communication that are most essential for project to make them success. The human resources management are also important component for the project because without human capital this project is not utilized and run effectively. In this project there are various stakeholders such as investors, customer. Project owners and participants in project as well as this project is also managed by the 24 managers which are belongs to the different management organizations. I also realized that there are the lack of management in this project
and lack of planning and poor management that affects the project and may be result in the failure of project. Lack of management and planning are most important within project are most important for project to become success and achieve the project objectives. Planning is the initial stage of project and there is the lack of planning so, the project need to make planning for project and then schedule to manage project in effective and efficient way. challenges I consider that it will failure because it is the risk management plan and this project consist the various challenges and risk which can affect the construction project. The risk is identified that there are budget estimate discrepancies between the project activation and agreements and more funds are required for run project in smooth ways. I identified that there are some delay in the progress of project from responsible authorities (Müller, Drouin and Sankaran, 2019). I realized that in this project, there are some lackof equipments which are required for the project progress so, the construction project may failure because of the lack of equipments that are most important for business to run their project. The construction project also face the lacking of governments initiatives that are also most essential for business to progress report from governing body. If the Elizabeth lines opens without the lack of installation of technologies for project and also deficiencies of funding budget canaffect the business and also business can may face loss (Sergeeva and Winch, 2021). Project of cross rail also face improper testing of trail run and it delays in the progress of construction project. Moreover, inventory analysis are most important for the project to run business that are kept on hand for the requirement of business. It is most important that manages need to manage the resources in appropriate ways but there are lack of the management so it considers that this project may failure in the future. Risk monitoring within the organization are also important for business because of cross rail risk management plan because it helps improperly implement the plan but the project face the lack of coordination and management within the construction company. Software and technologies helps inmanage the entire progress of project and update the final information regarding the project with the helps of MS project but the project also face the technologiesissues so, it is drawbacks of constructional company (Anderson, 2022). Government also not willing to pay require funding to business and it creates the conflicts between the governments company and construction company. The company also face unhealthy competition between the two companies if software are created and two tenders for equipments.

Throughout the case it has been identified that UK government has established massive project London Cross rail in order to connect east and west London as well as their near suburbs. The project started in year of 2009 and need to be completed by 2018 but due to many complications it was not possible for government to complete on time. One of the key lesson leaner throughout the case is there is need to proper management and principles as it will contribute in achieving theobjectivesproperly(Muruganandanandet.al.,2022).Thereisaneffortrequiredto implement success UK government should have made use of PMI as it would have contributed in managing time, communication and human resources.Another key lesson is human resources is essential during the project implementation and there is need to manage key stakeholders like internal and external so that it can contribute in success of project. However, in case of Cross rail there was around 24 managers appointed for managing each functional unit and to improve the capacity of project outcomes.

It has been noted that project team members were fainting difficulty in describing their problems due to fear of being laid off (Cooper and Wright, 2022). In addition to this, key lesson learned that project need to be free from threat as it affects project outcomes and adversely affects the likelihood of attaining the desired level of project success. There is need to avoid communication gap and to make the process smooth so that flow of information with the stakeholders were proper. It has been analysed that project manager need to undertake communication planning properly at the initial stage and review it on weekly basis in order to determine their efficacy. Although there is need to implement sub teams that project manage can evaluate the needs of various departments.
