• This presentation is going to elaborate the requirements that need to complete
and manage a project.
• It is based on launching a new website by Power Motors, to provide the
accessibility to customers to get live videos about own car and how much time
the company will take more to repair it.

What is a Project
• Project can have defined as a group activity, which is designed for attainment of
a specific desired outcome.
• In this regard, Power Motors seeks to launch a new website, where customers
will get accessibility and information every time about own car's repairing
process, in visualize manner (live video) when they open online account.

inspiring each other to execute exceptionally well and at the same period we must combat the
coordination depredations as well as the aversion of the group to external ideas.

Agile Methodology
• Agile Kanban mythology fit best in the present case of framing website for
customers so that they would be able to track the work performed on their cars.
• This mythology specifically focused upon lean software development in which
process of making website remain stabilise till the last action do not remain fixed
to approaches.

Critical Path Method (CPM)

Project Management and Team Roles
• Project manager: This remain an authorised person who keep an eye on entire
project. Manager will play a supervisor role in order to evaluate the performance
of leaders and peoples.
• Team leader: The manager brings attention to decisions which need to be done
for team's goals to be achieved, instead of telling people how to do it. Leader will
assess the requirement of project and team members and
• Team member: the staff member plays a significant role in entire project life
cycle. These remain directly connected with the project.

Team Management Skills
• Communicative skills: these skills are required to address in terms of
communicating the goals of the project.
• Project strategy and decision: Ability to take decisions must be on priority in
both the cases as project initiation or switching on another.
• Critical thinking and negotiation: A foresight for completion of project mainly
depends upon critical thinking and evaluation process.

• The team meetings should be effective in order to discuss about mandatory

• The above report justifies the concept of project management. As the project is
significant in terms of developing the website for improve customer experience.
