What is a ProjectProject refers to the task that need to be performed by the group within the motive toachieve the shared objective or desirable result. It is basically the summation of routineoperations that is carried out to plan the whole planning as well as implementation process toattain the organisational objective. Herein, the project of Kingswinford Auto Centre is todevelop the new website with innovative features that can assist the customer to overview andtrack the repairing. This is absolutely beneficial process as it diminishes the waiting time ofcustomer as the website can constantly notify the customer so that they can accordingly scheduletheir time. Additional, the project manager are responsible to demonstrate the strategy andexecute the whole plan effectively. Project StakeholdersStakeholders include the customer, employee, government and investor that playsignificant role in order to maintain the position of company. So the role of project manager is tounderstand the need of these stakeholders and communication the innovation of companyaccordingly. Herein, Kingswinford Auto Centre the main stakeholders of company are teammember, sponsors, web designer, customer and so on. So while planning and execution the planthere need to be adequate interpersonal communication that help to achieve the objective ofcompany in desirable manner. Further, there need to be coordination among the differentdepartment that work together to achieve the particular objective. Like, the IT teams need tocooperate with financial or marketing agencies in order to collectively converse the informationand enhance the user experience.Organisational Structure Influence on ProjectsThe organisation structure are developed in such a manner it include different departmentthat are liable to perform different tasks of an organisation.
