1 Introduction
The project is designed to construct the dream house by taking acceptance and approval from
your partner so that requirement can be completely satisfied. Initiatives should be taken for
developing contract with the builder which helps in satisfying the requirement such as
designing of modular kitchen, flooring, electrical fitting, and others. The purpose of this
project is to implement the quality control tools so that mission can be effectively finished
within minimum cost and time.
2 Conflict Management strategy
Conflict management strategy is designed for resolving conflict between the employees so
that project can be completed successfully (Anderson, 2015). It is required to analyse the root
cause of the conflict occurrence so that imbalances can be controlled by negotiating the
process.
Partner:
Conflict occurs with the partner due to the financial budgeting and difference cost estimation
plan. It is required to develop trust and confidence among them so that believe on the cost
plan can be managed and project funds can be afforded by the approval from both the parties
(Badewi, 2015). The following table shows the application of conflict management strategy
to resolves the conflict and chaotic behaviour associated with the partners.
Steps Strategy Description
Accommodating Accommodating strategy focuses on identifying the behaviour and attitude
of the opposing partners with relation to the cost estimation plan and
project funds. It helps in finding out the reason for opposing the cost plan.
Tracking of the requirement and need of the partner aids in examining the
root cause of the conflict which provides direction of resolving the
disputes and chaos which happen among the working partners (Bogason,
and Dahl, 2015).
Avoiding disputes and chaos which happen with the partner should be avoided at top
priority which emphasis on completing the formalities associated with the
business plan in effective manner. Focus should be given on minimizing
chaos and supporting peace at work place. Conformation should be taken

on the requirement and differences in the project operation plan. It aids in
determining conflict among them.
Collaborating It is required to collaborate and integrate ideas, perception, opinions of the
partners to design the requirement plan, designing of the house, total
budget of the project, time required to finish the tasks, and others.
Integration of ideas in the designing process and placing requirement of
the house in relation to the flooring, smart kitchen, infrastructure, and
others. Decision creation abilities of the partners can be enhanced by
collaborate the acceptance of both the partners on the common
requirement, cost, time, and quality, and managing contract with the
builder (Carcano, and et.al., 2016).
Compromising Conflict can be resolved by designing the compromising strategy so that
demand of the partners can be compromised on the common objectives of
the designed project. Equivalent opportunities, controls, and authorities are
provided to the end users so that project of designing the dream house can
be completed with ease and minimum conflict among the partners.
Competing Feeling of competition among the partners should not be developed
because it creates difference in the acceptance of the undertaken project
policies and principles. Conflicts among the partners can be resolved by
providing equal opportunities of taking decision so the plan can be
concluded within the approved time and cost. It helps in handling the
emergency situation because partners have a right to take the decision on
their own to resolve the emergency situation without waiting for the
approval from the partners (Cousillas, 2010).
Builder
Chaotic environment is getting created during the signing of the agreement for the
construction of the dream house between the partners and the builder. It is required to take
step forward so that issues and differences can be resolved at top priority (Damoah, 2015).
