T-1.8.1 1.Management of IT Project Project management tool is generally defined according to the features provided by them. This tools are having the capability of providing help during the planning, organizing and management of the resource tools along with the development of estimations regarding the resources. The project management tool helps in the planning and delegation of the work all together with the various folders, templets, tasks, subtasks and calendars. This tools also helps in collaboration. There exists various forms of communication along with the emails. The management tools are used for the purpose of assigning tasks, along with adding of comments, organizing of the dashboards and also for proofing’s and approvals. A proper set of tool is used for the purpose of providing support to the project managers and the project management team. The tools can be designed specifically or regular productivity tool which are to be adopted in order to continue with the work related to project management. Some of the tools are usually associated with making the project managers work in an easy way along with standardizing the work as well as the routine that the project manager is having. Providing Leadership and Development The project leader or the project manager is having the role of taking the entire responsibility related to the successful planning along with making sure of the fact that the performance of the team is the best.
