The project mainly reflects on Construction of Burj Khalifa which is one of the tallest
structures as well as buildings in the world. In this project, both the project manager as well as
the various team members generally plays an important role for demonstrating the significance
of knowledge as well as different attributes which are mainly utilized for development and
planning. It is found that proper planning as well as project development are beneficial for
achieving the objectives of the project within the time that is assumed. Additionally, proper
planning is considered as one of the main functions for every project manager for executing the
project as per the objectives.

CEO, CFO, HR manager, project planner, construction managers as well as civil
engineers.

The project manager mainly has the responsibility of achieving success for the
construction of Burj Khalifa and they generally oversee different aspect of the project starting
from project planning. The project manager prepares the business case for constructing Burj
Khalifa with the help of the project team for securing approval in order to proceed as well as
obtain budget for executing the project. In addition to this, the project manager manages time,
risks and helps in managing the budget of the project so that goals of the project can be achieved
accurately. Furthermore, a project manager consistently informs the project stakeholders about
the details of the project and generally evaluate the effectiveness of the project plan with the
employees which not only helps in completing the project but also helps in managing the project
quality that is delivered.

responsibility of properly creating, planning as well as integrating the project towards strategic
direction in order to achieve success. They generally have the responsibility of achieving success

the construction work can be undertaken accurately. In addition to this, they will help in creating
as well as implementing the vision of the organization by undertaking the project successfully.
