INTRODUCTION
Project management refers to the practices of training, executing, panning, controlling
and closing the work of a team in order to achieve particular goals and objectives. Commonly
project management mainly focuses on the achieving all goals and target within the given
constraints. Along with this, there is lot of principles which helps a lot in order to maintain the
project services and design in an effective manner. There are six principles which are vision and
mission, business goals or objectives, execution strategy, organization alignment, accountability
or measurability and standard of engagement these all are helpful for making better project plan
in a better way. In this present case study is based on EBTH Company that deals with Auction
websites which is not new word but it is the way in which the house manages their sites in an
effective manner. Along with this discussion will be made on the project approaches
questionnaire in order to decide the agile approach and their principles. Role and responsibilities

company has 2 founders and 19 employees in the 2011 and 500 employees in the year of 2016.

of 2014 company received 13 million round funds efficiently. In May 2016 Company has
announced the partnership with leading real estate organizations of the world that would EBTH a
good real estate sales partner which means company can be suggested by the huge real estate
organization effectively.
In this respective case study EBTH added few partners in their business in order to
change their technologies which helps them to develop locally that is depend on the auction sites
nationally. This firm underwent a digital transformation that helped in to develop 8 million sales
in the year of 2012. This firm operates online auction sites in relation with real estate platforms
in an appropriate manner. At the current period of time EBTH provides different auctions in the
27 markets in 22 states with the 3 million visitors to the sites every month. Therefore, this

this present case study, which are given below:
Firstly, EBTH Company plays their different roles and responsibilities in order to achieve
customer attention towards their industry in an effective manner. Whereas,
Financial or marketing concept is very much important that indulge in the understanding of
budgeting or operation expenses. As per this information rates are fixed by the manager of
company on the basis of current market situation or trends in the areas. Firm knowledge is very
essential for EBTH in order to provide best properties for their customers in an appropriate
manner. In this property managers can recommend the marketing programs, special performance
or different type advertising strategies in order to maximize occupancy or rental rates as much it
is required. Usually regular financial report like make company attractive and well managed in

reasons of liability, all activities and tenant interaction also have been recorded and maintained
for specific time. Though also related to financial functions, there are very stiff necessities in

2017).
Tenant and Occupancy is the main needs of people which is important for this role in EBTH.
As per this scenario The property manager must give respond to their requests, monitor their

Therefore it is also very good role and responsibility in order to achieve targeted goals or
objectives.

In this case study it has been concluded that EBTH is a very famous or known company which
deals in the Auction websites in order to give customer services in an effective manner. But after
some time this company want to improve or change their functions or technologies in order to
achieve more and more customer trust. After that they added few partner in their business to
expand their business globally. For this there are 3 brothers who make company attractive with
the help of various people. They focused on different things which are necessary for any person
like accident, family death or real estate problems so that an individual or person can get easily
offered by this company in a particular manner. Therefore, this firm wants to expand their more
business in order to gain customer loyalty by providing them different kind of knowledge or
helps.
3.) Create the list of requirements including MoSCoW prioritization and estimates. In a software
development industry, requirement refers to the goals of the company along with needs of
customers and what factors will help the company to succeed. A requirement is a service, feature
or function which is needed by a user in order to meet the needs of intended users. The major
aim of a DSDM project is they state a requirement in which they avoid to stay with one solution
or technique for a long period of time. If a person knows the needs they will be able to provide
them effective solutions in order to meet their needs. In a DSDM project when it is already
known that time period is limited, it is very essential for everyone to understand the importance
of task which has to be accomplished in order to succeed at marketplace and keep their promises.
MoSCoW is a prioritization tool and technique which is used to provide help in order to
understand and manage the priorities. It is a technique used by various management teams,
project managers, business analysis as well as software developers. MoSCoW stands for:

managers of the company to examine the requirements of customers and provide them products
