INTRODUCTION
Project management refers to proves of management of project as well as work in order to attain
goals of team within specific time period (Bjorvatn and Wald, 2018). It helps them in focusing
them on project and also to attain objective of team.it also allow a person to learn leadership
skills as they need to lead whole team for attainment of goals. This project report includes
network diagram and work breakdown structure of project of company. It also includes risk
analysis and stakeholder analysis which helps them to reduce risk on project.

Network diagram refers to visual representation of network of various activities, interdependence
for task as well as duration within project (Frijns, Van Leeuwen and Bierwolf, 2017). This
diagram helps to schedule and sequencing of various activities related to project. Network
