model is treated as the most important segment for enhancing efficiency of the project work. ď‚·Cost: Last element of the model is an inclusion of monitory resources which will be needed for completion of desired project goals. High dedications are being made for using such resources in the most effective manner. Higher utilisation of such resources would ensure greater growth opportunity for the project firm. The above mentioned parameters of theproject management triangle are related to each other. Such elements of the model can be managed in accordance with their efficiency and could also prove to be great opportunity for Smart City OS project to succeed in its respective goals as well as objectives. The first component which provides understanding of scope for the given project defined respective standards on which all the project workings and tasks will be based on. Cost and time required for completion of the project task is directly dependent on scope of the project institution. Another element i.e. time provides with aspects of time taken which will be needed for completion of the given project. Scope and cost segment of the project management triangle is interrelated with time factor of the project as such factors would be highly dependent on time. Lastly, the third factor i.e. cost also relates with the other two factors in which al the given factors develops their understandings for promotion of better activity for completion of the given project (Krishnan, Mathiyazhagan and Sreedharan, 2020). Task 4: Managing finances Smart cities often have significant cost of operations as in the given context Hull City Council purely dedicates research programmes and required resources including funds, labour etc. for considering risk management in operating in external environment of the corporate firm. Funds by government: As per this element it is to be evaluated that government funding are available in the specified region. Availability of such funding provides with great help to undertake effective operational activities produced in the corporate firm. Ground level funding: Public agencies or private investors can be classified under this category to provide funds for the project firm. TASK 7 Discuss on all those factors which is used by the manager for build the effective and successful team for the smart project and also action adopt by management for formulation of diverse team Teams plays an important role and this is used to perform all work with engage of the skilled individual as this aids the country for improve their personality. A varied team is formulated from engage of all those individuals who belongs to the various culture and also they follow various experience and values. Also, they belong or relate with different background and this consists that project manager of Smart City OS project determine and develop the strong project to formulate the multiple teamsthat helps to perform the work in a proper manner. The theoretical development process for the smart city relates with those project systems that is used for completion of the OS project in a detailed manner. Some of the major steps which is related with the idea of the smart city project are mention as follow: ď‚·Formation-The first step is to establish and engage supervisor which aids towards the formation of teams and also for assign the individuals within a similar team-project.
