Task 1 Project manager
In this task I have understood that being an effective project manager skills such as
leadership skills, planning skills as well as organising skills are essential. I have increased
learning about various skills and learned to develop a plan for improving skills for having future
growth.
Task 2 Problem solving and decision making
In this I have learned to develop influence of stakeholder mapping as well as also learned
about determining various stakeholder. As being project manager I have learned about method of
engaging with stakeholder for having project success.
Task 3 Project triangle
This discussion has helped me in understanding various parameters of project as well as
also I have learned about how time, scope and cost are important element of project achievement
. I have learned about relevance of these aspects.
Task 4 Managing finance
In this I have improved my knowledge about various financial sources implemented for
project for raising their funds. I have also increased my knowledge about cost benefit analysis
tool for cost estimation of project.
Task 5 Risk management in project
In this task I have created my analytical as well as critical thinking skills by evaluating
various types of risks that are associated to project. I have also felt that there are various methods
for mitigating risk could help in future dealings.
Task 6 Conflicts and negotiations
In this discussion it is beneficial for me in improving my conflict management skills as
well as learning of various strategy for reducing conflicts among individuals. While carrying that
course I have felt that conflict are element of any project.
Task 7 Team work
In this discussion I have felt that there is more productivity as well as better options
towards problems to team working is essential. I have also evaluated that presently countries
supports diverse team for which it is essential for carry knowledge of various cultural as well as
languages.
