Project management evaluation report 1.1 Review of the project schedule to determine the effectiveness of the project team As per the schedule of the project, it is found that the congress that was mainly undertaken four weeks ago is considered as a great success for the organization.It is found that all the tickets are generally sold out prior to the initiation of the conference and it generally generated a profit for the organization “Manager Network”. It is identified that due to the early intervention, the speakers are identified as well as contracted within days.This generally happens as the team members cooperated among themselves in order to finish the work of the project within the time that is generally assumed. It is analyzed from the entire schedule that the project team members are very much effective in their work and they are generally capable of finishing the work related with the project within the expected time. They are also capable of handling the work of the project quite effectively so that the work of the project gets completed on time irrespective of the issues as well as challenges. 1.2 Identification of time management issues and recommendation of improvement It is analyzed that the team members of the project face number of issues and challenges within the project in meeting the deadline of the project. Due to all this problem, the marketing materials are delivered only after one week than the baseline schedule of the project. This generally can create delay within the project and in order to manage the time of the project, it is very much necessary to follow the steps that are mainly elaborated below: Tracking schedule of the project:Schedule tracking on regular basis is quite important for finishing the work of the project successfully. It generally assists in providing information related with the status of the project and further helps in ensuring that the entire work of the project can be completed within the expected budget and time.
