INTRODUCTION
 Project management is considered as effective procedure of leading specific task or
work of a group, in order to achieve aims & objectives within existing constraints.
 This process in organizational and businesses context provide a lot of advantages, in term of
increasing productivity and profitability.
 The current assignment will be based on Electricite de France, which falls under the category of
Nuclear electronic power production organizations in the France.
 The study will define social media marketing strategy to develop venture and expand
consumers for firm.
 It will explain a project, its characteristics and role of project manager. Furthermore, the report
will define application of theoretical concepts and methodologies within project environment
and also justify composition and administration of groups in a project atmosphere.
