INTRODUCTION
 Project management is considered as effective procedure of leading specific task or
work of a group, in order to achieve aims & objectives within existing constraints.
 This process in organizational and businesses context provide a lot of advantages, in term of
increasing productivity and profitability.
 The current assignment will be based on Electricite de France, which falls under the category of
Nuclear electronic power production organizations in the France.
 The study will define social media marketing strategy to develop venture and expand consumers
for firm.
 It will explain a project, its characteristics and role of project manager. Furthermore, the report
will define application of theoretical concepts and methodologies within project environment
and also justify composition and administration of groups in a project atmosphere.

 The success of any company is depend on employees performance and productivity,
which is quite significant for management to maintain or enhanced at workplace.
 It can be said that composition of team and their effective management play vital role
in term of achieving set goals as it is another key of success and growth of companies
as well as aim achievement benefit.

CONCLUSION
 On the basis of above discussion, it has been concluded that project manager has obtained the
benefits of their current work in term of developing effective social media marketing strategy,
through which they has developed excellent brand image in the market.
 It has also obtained the edge of building wider customer base, who has been promoted venture
services and products via word of mouth promotion after obtaining appropriate satisfaction.
 Furthermore, from above analysis, it has been analysed usage of waterfall, agile and scrum
methodologies in the context of project environment has enhanced the productivity of manager in
term of stating strategic direction that they has followed up.
 By creating transparency from initial stage, they has managed teams of employees who are
achieving set aim on time.
